Interesting...at least it looks like BW are doing good with keeping Miri's presence under wraps from all parties then. Of course, the actual amount of screen time/content that she has in ME3 isn't actually what bothers me, its quality over quantity for sure.

Yep, it's almost certainly someone else.

Unless there are two versions of the script and we got only the one where Miranda resigned. I think that so unlikely that it needn't be considered, for it would delay the acquisition of a confirmed team member and invalidate quite a few Miranda dialogues later in the script.

Just finished the SM in my latest replay of my main Shepard. This time everything feels right. Only I got to rescue Jacob from falling from the platforms. Again. Lately the game refuses to give me Miranda in that scene. They should've scripted it to be your LI if present.

One thing I didn't notice before: If you like Miranda saluting (I've seen people say that) and don't want to forego the romance scene, she also does it if you choose her as fire team leader.

Now on to Arrival...

The scene described by the OXM article, in my link contains a character that they (OXM) think is Miranda or like her.
Since jtav's read the leaked script, the character is actually different and not Miranda, so jtav's saying that OXM's assumption is false.

Me too since we know that this certain someone has blond hair. Unless it changed since her last appearance in ME universe

At this point I would speculate if it could really be Miranda if that wouldn't f*ck up several existing sequences of events as evidenced by the leaked script. There would have to be a complete alternative story arc for that location, involving Miranda being there on a mission for TIM if she didn't resign and meeting with Shepard there, thus invalidating.at least one of her later dialogues. Doesn't appear plausible at all.

The talk wasn't about the Citadel, but the previous location. There was never any indication we could meet Miranda there. Nothing has changed, no additional bad news. Relax. Yeah, I know you're not good at that, but try.

Sadly, I cannot believe it is at this point. Or perhaps it's good that I cannot, otherwise I'd be in for a big disappointment.

More pictures from the SM & high-res AAP2 armor. The lighting is a little odd in the first one, but I like this scene. These will probably be my last Miranda pictures before ME3 comes out. Everything's been shot a million times, and apart from the high-res AAP2 armor there is nothing new.




If anyone wants a shot from a specific scene, I may be able to make one but while I have many, many saved games, I don't have them everywhere.

I have some. I just think the high-res AAP2 armor doesn't make a big enough difference there to post new versions. If you want, I'll post a sequence - tomorrow. It's getting late hereabouts.

Heh yeah.... the best you could hope for Miranda (or indeed any ME2 character) is that they make it through ME3 relatively intact so you can have them to yourself in headcanon country.

Not sure if people agree but I honestly feel that the Miranda and Jack romances are the best in the game I find them very emotional

Both squick me for different reasons. Jack's is beyond the scope of this thread, but my brain keeps superimposing an almost parental cast to Shep/Miranda, similar to Frankenstein and the Creature. As long as I don't think about it, I'm okay, but I'm really not the target audience for this ship.

Well, it's not presented as anything but speculation, other than one (hazy) detail. They could be confusing characters, but the actual info is so thin that I'm not even sure that's the case.
