You pass out in 14-15 seconds, and you die in 90 seconds. The chances of being saved (Especially if you are jettisoned into Space) on time are slim to none.

Side note: Unlike other game devs, the Bioware team does NOT get better after releasing more games. Instead, it's a regressive thing. The more games Bioware releases, the worse they get. I'm serious, this is actually a trend.

If they leave a lot of the plot blank, it's generally NOT a good sign. Why? Well, they're probably going to pull their Bioware trademarked half-assing on the script to get it done by deadline. And we've all seen how horrible Bioware's half-assing can get.

@Bold
A classic example of this is the NPC interaction after the suicide mission. It appeared as if once the writing and coding was done on the SM the development team said, "Yea, we're done!", bought a bunch of cheap booze, called the caterer, and threw a game completion party.
Sorry, Bioware, it wasn't finished. You should have had a better epilogue complete with NPC interaction and cut scenes given the build up and nature of the mission. A good epilogue would have also helped bridge the aftermath of the SM with any other uncompleted side quests or missions.
I haven't seen a decent ending to a game in years. If any developer should be capable of doing that, it's Bioware.

Actually a decent ending to a game was Dragon Age origin. It did have a decent ending, or better yet epilogue (because the ending of ME2 is actually the final mission which is probably one of the best endings in gaming history). But a truly wonderful and complete ending for me was Baldur's Gate Throne of Bhaal. Other than that Bioware is know for creating marvelous characters with complex stories and choices, but let down endings... like Kotor or DA2 or the previous 2 MEs...

We want big galaxy-influencing things for Miranda after the series. But if for some unknown reason she were to end up with Shepard on a smaller operation- say a small covert ops group, what two squadmates might she want to bring in and why?

Skill wise Kasumi & Thane really spring to mind.

I wondering why no one has posted this pic when you mentioned a panda...

And I'm still keeping my expectatives low. Lower expectatives = lower dissappointments.

If the mission SOP is covert then the two logical choices for her would be Mordin and Kasumi. Thane would make a good backup operative if the mission parameters also involved controlled mayhem.

No, you will not explode. That is a myth.JosephDucreux wrote...
Bro...you'll explode in 15 seconds. All that internal body pressure is going to make you go boom.
I think that counts as death.
Your lungs might rupture if there was any air left in them when you were exposed and your blood will pretty much turn into vapor inside of you, but you won't explode.

Mordin, because of his genius, and Jacob, because she trusts him.

Granted, the ending of the suicide mission was good, as well as the cutscene after it, but the game was not over for many players after the credits rolled by. The NPC dialogue after the mission was the better defined epilogue to the story. It could have been executed a whole lot better than it was. The NPC platitudes regarding the Collector base decision and rehashed old dialogue choices were pathetic, especially coming from our LI, Miranda.

Kasumi, because being covert is her specialty. For the other, I'd say Thane, but his odds of surviving ME3 aren't great. I guess probably Jacob for the other. He was a member of the Corsairs, plus as was stated earlier, she trusts him.CrutchCricket wrote...

Holy ****, this thread is over 1k pages! Glad to officially hear that Yvonne Strahovski will be reprising her role. I'm not thrilled about the new NPC either, but I'll give her a shot. One shot. Heck, I'd rather have those cameras and listening devices back that Cerberus installed rather than someone reporting my actions to the Alliance.
I too can only hope for the best since BW is being so secretive about Miranda. Besides, let's say that my Shep decided to save Ash instead of Kaiden, who would the new sentinel on the squad be? I've heard about the new EDI role (groans), who probably is an engineer.
I do see why she'd be hesitant to join an Alliance ship, but there were characters in ME2 that were willing to overlook the fact that they were working with Cerberus. And technically, Cerberus was a dark sibling to the Alliance in the beginning, until much later, of course.

Putting aside that I don't like the idea of Miranda joining the Alliance (and I don't think Miranda would either, though she might if it's necessary) I don't think that the Alliance would like to have such a former high ranking member of Cerberus (I don't know, but maybe some members of the SR-2 joined the Alliance in ME3) joined them. They may use her to have information about Cerberus, but I don't think they would accept the risk of having her as an member of the Alliance.
Considering how many Alliance officiers (and hig-ranking members) were heavy Cerberus supporters, they'd probably think she could be a spy.
