When the choices they made are so glaringly stupid, I will continue to complain about it.

Which will accomplish precisely dick.

I'm just curious how long it will take to get it out of your system. Or alternatively, when this will become boring.

Around the time of March 6th.

By then, there'll be oodles more to complain about, in addition to what we already have.

People have information. They are going to discuss the information, particularly if it's unsatisfactory.

Over and over, never saying anything new?

There's nothing new to discuss. There's just the horrible stuff we don't like which is the closest we have to any official Miranda info. Hardly a surprise that like the tide it keeps coming back in.

Pretty much, this is what's happening.

Not having Miranda at the TIM confrontation or something related to Cerberus exclusively (She WAS one of TIM's most trusted operatives you know it's not like he forgot about her or vice versa) is like having no lines for a Sole Survivor Shepard in ME2 with regards to the Thresher Maw incident...

Don't tell Bioware that.

Even worse, because Miranda is always Cerberus, but Akuze could just be something Shep saw on the news.

So what you're saying is there is nothing new to discuss (including this thing). Therefore this thing has no more or less reason to keep being discussed than any other thing. So why isn't any other thing being discussed?

I propose that by questioning this thing I am in fact discussing something new (namely reasons why this thing keeps being discussed) and thus am contributing more than all of you.

/ (troll) logic.

I just think we need to lighten up.:wizard:

This is true, considering even as Sole Survivor, you'd have to do an (optional) side quest to find out about the Cerberus connection.

A pity for Miranda fans... I guess the only thing her fans will get is a small, short cutscene where she and Shepard consummate their romance.

What new artbook, by the way?

"The art of the Mass Effect Universe". I believe it's exclusive to Barnes and Noble.

LOL, the "Art of mass effect universe" has artwork from ME1 to ME3...just because Miranda isn't there doesn't mean she doesn't have a big role...considering Jack has a lesser role than her (content wise, so far).  Besides, her redesign doesn't give away any spoilers (then again they show off two of the unknown squadmates, but they are squadmates...not really tied to the story like the others are)

Notice also how there's no one else shown for the ME2 exclusive squad in there.

That said, there's an artbook that comes with ME3 CE that has only ME3 work on it (70 pages)

Has anybody noticed a trend in the loyalty missions? For the most part the featured character deals with their problem and is able to move on, for instance Grunt feels that he has no reason for being and gets one in his LM.

Miranda doesn't have that same closure, her LM shows us her human side but Miranda doesn't come to a conclusion about her own origins, or deal with her father, and the possibility is still there that Mr. Lawson can always go after Oriana again. Instead of dealing with those problems Miranda decides that it's safer to run and hide. ME3 is the point where she has to face these issues head on, both her personal ones and the ones with Cerberus.

It seems like she has this adventure that runs tangent to Shepard's, whereas Kai Leng is playing the part of The Dragon in Shepard's story, Mr. Lawson is Miranda's equivalent. They both end up in the same place at the end but the path they take to get there is different.

Do you guys remember someone said that Mac Walters (actually not sure if it was him or another writer) posted on twitter that he was writing an important scene in which Miranda was present? And it was "a very challenging scene to write"(something like that).. I was wondering if he twitted this AFTER the script leaks or before. If it was after, it shows us that Miranda's part was indeed incomplete(ok, pretty obvious assumption :P).   Also, since he was complaining about the difficulty  to write it, it could be something big.. at least bigger than what we have right now IMO..   just speculating though...

From what I understand, the ME3 artbook that will come with the CE will have more pages than the section dedicated to ME3 in the "Art of Mass Effect" book that you bought. So, not all hope is lost.
Wasn't that what you said, Vertigo?

Wait a minute. Mr. Lawson is the Dragon? To whom? TIM?

Maybe this is more obvious to those who've read the leak. But that seems odd to me.

You bring up a number of good points.

@ the artbook thing-

She may have a piece or two in the CE's artbook to show off her potential redesign.

I remember that tweet. Unfortunately, I don't know if it was prior to or after the leak.

The intention isn't to do anything.

The entire purpose of a public forum (Especially one dedicated to a game franchise) is to provide feedback and discuss various topics concerning events that take place in the game and the characters involved in those events.

If they don't like it, then too bad.
