Are you referring to a specific scene, or the general ending?

Don't want to spoil things out here, but it's a specific scene. The central scene of "her" mission, actually. There's no sign of that in the leaked script. And it should be pretty challenging to write because of the number of participants, and the different opinions we should be able to express - and make Miranda be able to express.

On the subject of missing scenes, I think it's sort of unlikely that the scene in question would be considered crit-path (and thus written by Walters) if Miranda's role were actually limited to what's in the leak. But we shall see.

Well, I doubt Walters writes every scene where plot-relevant stuff is addressed. Don't know how they define "crit-path" precisely, but that can't be it, as that would include massive amounts of dialog.

It's interesting, on that note, that the confrontation with *spoiler character* doesn't seem to have any substance to speak of at all in the versions where Miranda isn't there.

Eh, you'll still get to play ME3 before me, though that's due to my own choice. Before I get started on ME3, I want to get my copy of the strategy guide, read it over so I can plot my path through the three games (or at least ME3), then start my canon run with ME1.

Well, two days are not that much but still, it is rather annoying. A world release would have been good . Does anyone know the reason behind those two more days ?

I'll just stay away from the thread for a week.
One thing's sure though, when I get my copy, I'll play 24/24 in order to fully see Miranda's involvement in the ME3 plot ... Oh, and secondarily to finish the game

Nope, pre ordered the CE, will be picking it up at release, sadly, release for me means the 9th of March.
