I doubt it. It's not as if anything in the leak is romance-specific (structurally). It's just a variant or two of the early dialogs.

Amazon has a $10 gift card after purchase.

I doubt it since BW's policy concerning character progression is dependent upon the player romancing them. Otherwise they shut up rather quickly.

That's the usual price for new PC games in Finland, 49,95 €, sure the buck is wrong word to use, but I don't care.

DA2 was fine, quit complaining about it.
ME3, I wouldn't be so sure about.

How did I complain about DA2? I just said it wasn't good. This is a statement, get your facts straight

This is a valid point. The typical non-romanced romance option character doesn't speak much if not romanced, unless that character is key to the story.

No, I'm suggesting things may have gone better for me if she was not a LI at all. They may have been less tempted to have her personal problems dominate.
The unfortunate side effect would've been less concentration on her character. Then again, the parts I liked the most about her where before Horizion. So perhaps that would've worked. Still they should put more effort into non-li's since it feels more complete when all characters are fleshed out properly.

I'd love to see Miranda return as a squadmate/romance option in Mass Effect 3. I want to continue my romantic path from ME 2. =)
You'll be able to continue the romance path, but she isn't a squadmate, sadly.

We'll just have to wait and see how things play out.
DA2 suffered from the whole "waves of enemies from the ceiling" and "we go to the same place a hundred times" problem, but it did prove that you could tell a deep, political story and apply the framed narrative technique successfully in the game. Hawke took what we originally saw with Shepard and showed us that a voiced NPC can be a good thing.
Continuous improvement, keep what works, throw away what doesn't. Hopefully this applies to ME3.

I think we may actually be pleasently surprised, come ME3's release.
I highly, HIGHLY doubt Bioware would make a good voiced protagonist, and then ignore the lessons they learned from it.

No, but they should (If they are smart) take the lessons and feedback from Hawke, which has been good for the most part, and apply that to Shepard.

I'm not nervous about it at all. I have expectations, which I doubt will be met based on what I've heard and seen. I've never really had a problem about waiting to play a game...it's just a game. If Bioware had been able to meet their original release date and leak a more compelling script that story might have been a different one for me.
I'm willing to wait a year or more after release to play most games. That way I can be reasonably assured my machine will play it at close to the maximum performance (I build or upgrade a new PC about once every eighteen to twenty-four months).
I do have a serious affection for the Mass Effect story and most of the characters in it, though. That is going to be the hardest to wait for. I sincerely hope they don't screw it up and that I hear out about it in the interim...

Some parts of it certainly leave more to be desired, while some are satisfactory, and even good.
It's the very definition of a mixed bag.
