I'd like to see her with scars on her face and chest. Would do some good to rule out the rumors that she's only there because of her "attractiveness."
So long as she isn't like this-

Or otherwise looks like she was domestically abused, I wouldn't mind scars.

Meh. Some people ****** themselves over everything. Anyway, scars can be sexy too, but I'd like her to get the treatment Shepard got. She should look like her face is trying to hold together since it's technically being reapplied. Also, scars can be sexy anyway.

What? No.
Even paragade Shepard with 50/50 in both bars had the majority of his face... looking like his face. I would know, considering my canon Shepard IS 50/50 from ME1, and all he has are a scar going the length of his cheek, and one going the length of his jaw down to his chin, and a final scar on his forhead, right below his hair.
Scars can be sexy, but not when it makes you look like someone took a blowtorch to your face.

Because maxing the bar in either orientation is obviously the smart thing to do.

Hyperbole on my end. I think she'd look just fine with scars, but since we only get to see her face and cleavage,
you would have to compensate in order to express how bad death had ravaged her. That's what I would like to see displayed after her going through Lazarus.

I mean, he decompressed, fell into atmosphere and burned to a crisp, and then snap froze (Some debris probably fell on him too). If the Lazarus loading screens are to be taken seriously, there was little more than a couple fragments of bone and some frozen tissue and sinew. He came out no worse for wear.

Were it up to me, he'd be covered in scars too.
The point I'm getting at is Miranda's "perfection" isn't dependent upon her looks, It'd be nice if that were shown. Besides with a perfect body and advancements in medicine it wouldn't be permanent.

But it underminds the other aspects of her perfection. Her looks could take a vacation, to give a time to personify her other perfect attributes.

Her perfection is based around 3 basic attributes-
Looks
Intelligence
Abilities (Weapons handling, biotics, leadership, etc)
You're stripping away 1/3 of her perfection for things that are already fleshed out. All you're doing is removing something that makes her who she is.

And that's only first generation Lazarus tech. I'm partial to having a slightly banged-up Miranda in ME3, life on the run or working with Cerberus when its on a war footing probably doesn't leave much time for maintaining one's personal appearance.
On another note, I'm starting to get the feeling that there's a few things about Cerberus in ME3 that wern't brought up in the leak. Petrovsky and his ship the Elberus survive Invasion and its hinted at that he's not entirely happy with TIM's actions. There's no reference in the leaks to Miranda dealing with Cerberus, also Infiltrator gives us Randall Enzo, who's also become dissatisfied with the organization.
Who's up for a rogue Cerberus cell? Petrovsky's got the ship and the crew, Miranda's able to work out solutions to almost anything, and Enzo...well he at least seems more interesting than Jacob. We'll have the Cerberus equivalent of the A-Team.

I actually expect Miranda to appear less like a model, considering her being on the run. I'm just saying I don't want her dying, Lazarus'd, and still looking like Zuko. Some facial scars wouldn't bother me though, so long as they didn't distort her face in a radical fashion.
As for Enzo, I'd be cool if he and Shepard were nu-Cerberus soldiers. Rather, Shepard led the soldiers, and Enzo was his 2IC. Oleg could do... What he does, and Miranda would organize the whole thing and make the plans.

It was just hypothetical.
I doubt she's going to change much in terms of facial structure in ME3. She's going to look either roughly the same (With new clothes), or with a different hairstyle, which I pray to Christ isn't the case.

I like that idea. Petrovsky's survival, the fact that Infiltrator is giving us a protagonist that has a Cerberus background who becomes "one of the good guys" and the precident that Bioware has for putting characters from its mobile games into the main releases (Miranda and Jacob), and the fact that there's no information about Miranda and the organization brought up in the leak I'm starting to wonder if all of this is related.
