Miranda actually had a casual outfit in "Redemption"
THIS would have been a nice outfit for ME3. Why didn't she have this in the first place?

The driving question seemed to be "Who absolutely needs a new outfit?"
Technically, no one.
You wanted Jack to teach teenagers while wearing a belt-bra?
AFAWK, there's no laws in the future against public nudity (Or near nudity), so...
No, I don't.
On redesigns, you'd think Legion would fix the hole in his chest after 6 months of being MIA.

I like this outfit, but please, for the love of god, don't post another Dark Horse picture. Poor Miranda here looks like she has downs, and half of her face is melting away.

Yeah, but she will be in the line of fire in the game. If it is ridiculous to wear the catsuit on the battlefield, that outfit is even worse.Skullheart wrote...

I have to wonder, the Cerberus logo wasn't some patch she could just rip off, how did she remove it? What, did she have the exact same outfit without the logo lying around for no reason at all?

The thing is that this trailer could either be a defualt Play or an import where Miri didn't resign (for two different reasons).
So Miri has the white outfit, and then she rips off the Cerberus piece because of what Cerberus has become. It makes sense.
I mean, there are a lot of players who didn't bring Miri to fight the Human Reaper.

I was just joking, I don't really care about the outfit thing. I do find it odd though.

Like I said earlier, it looks like the Cerberus emblem is sewn into her clothes. It isn't just a patch she can tear off. If she tears off the emblem, she's tearing a part of the suit off too.
Unless you want her running around the battlefield with one of her boobs hanging out.

It doesn't have any stitching on or around it, so it isn't a patch. Plus her suit appears to be made of latex or a similar material, and latex is not easy to sew through, especially without leaving any gaping holes in the fabric.

She may have found a way to rip it off. Honestly I don't see how automatically not having the emblem on the same outtit would be a way of showing that Miri resigned in ME3. That's cheap.

It's more symbolic than anything. Besides, Jacob doesn't have a Cerberus emblem on his clothes either.
It just means she isn't affiliated with anyone.
All it takes to rescind allegiance with someone is to remove their logo/stop wearing their colors.

This goes all the way back to the absolutely logical reason to have a different oufit. Doing that with her old outfit is just cheap, I'm sorry, but it really is.
