But in all honesty, besides the obvious "goodbyes" I imagine a lot of planning is being reconsidered and revised. Miranda's on the run. But she's not going to just hide. So they hatch various plans for recruiting, resource and intelligence gathering etc. she can do while he's occupied. The goal is to secure a fighting position even if they're on their own, against the Alliance, Cerberus and the Reapers. Secretly Miranda also plans a breakout if the Alliance takes too long in releasing Shepard. Actually **** that. Not so secretly. They both agree if the Alliance takes too long, he needs to cut loose. They have but one purpose: stop the Reapers. Everything else is irrelevant.

This.

Regrettebly, these are some of the things they have to talk about when Miranda slips away to Shepards cabin.
They might even be discussing some of these more weighty topics mixed in with more intimate conversation while she's sitting on his lap.

No one else finds it odd that anyone other than Tali would be sitting on Shepard's lap like Santa Claus while he strokes her back? It's a little disturbing. It's even more disturbing that the dev team though to put that in there.

The way they treated the whole cabin scene bothered the hell out of me. I found myself forced to describe the scene as it happened, though, as distasteful as the image was.

I can see the two of them curled up on the couch together having intimate discussions, and maybe Miranda walking over and sitting in his lap as portrayed, but only for a short while, and only as a preamble to teasing him about something...before she threw him on his back.

I'm actually going to disagree with Ely. I find the catsuit laughable, but some kind of civilian wear is more appropriate than armor. She needs something that she can sneak around in.

i prefer the instantly-recognisable utfit to one of the generic space-armour suits they seem to be flinging at all the new (and returning) cardboard cut-out characters.

She also said that the concept for the outfit was more or less OK. In the litho, for instance, it doesn't look as if it was painted on the skin. That's what gets to her, and me. That damnable "painted-on pants" effect in the in-game version that makes it seem no effort was made at all to get a 3d look.

I don't know about civilian wear, but some kind of stealthy gear, moreso than armor, would make sense. At the end of the day, I'm just not too preoccupied with the look. But I can understand why Elyvern and others would have preferred a change.

The heels always bugged me more than the paint on clothes look it gave off. Both suck though. I kind of look over it though, so it isn't a big deal for me.

My Shepard would try to keep it as normal as possible. He would regret it soon after she left though.

Miranda's last day on the Normandy:

Shepard would kick Gardner out of the mess' kitchen. Try and horribly fail at making a romantic candle lit dinner work. Some Carl Neilsen in the background to help the food go down. Some dry wit to get the laughs going. And invite her to the Captain's Cabin for a sappy video or two before getting physical. After that do everything she likes so that she'd have a fond memory to hold on to.

Neither outfit would be stealthy, the last thing you need is something that screams: "I am a shady operative!" or "I am an assassin!" Civilian clothes would be best.
