The reason why I'm telling you guys this is because now I have Miranda screenshots which don't look terrible, I might post some later. Cheers.
Cool, thanks

True enough. I recently rewatched the Pirates of the Carribean movies and though I hated it when I first saw it, I rather liked Barbossa's reintroduction at the end of the second, the way it was done I mean. I think Miranda coming back should have an equal level of the dramatic.jtav wrote...
Death is fairly easy to fix, with or without fanfic. The bullet was a few millimeters to the left. Not to mention Lazarus, AIs, clones...Death doesn't hold the terror it once did in ME. Fixing mangled characterization takes actual work.

Eh, personally I hope that Miranda's role in the game is good enough that I don't feel obligated to rant about it here post-release. There are other things I'd rather be doing.
Which isn't to say I won't be around to discuss all the details if it is good, of course.

Bioware would be shooting themselves in the foot by reducing Miranda's role to what we saw in the unfinished script. So I refuse to believe they did that. Am I being too optimistic here?

Well of course if it is good and i am in any way satisfied i'll stay around long-term discussing it and waiting to see what the future holds.
Well... more like "enables the thread to cycle". Or "provides the space in which to cycle". Nobody knows the "why". Or if they do, they aren't telling.flemm wrote...

Nobody knows. But what you're describing is why the thread cycles through shock, horror, disbelief, anger, denial, frustration, sadness, dejection, depression, anxiety, fear, hope, rage, etc., in no particular order...
...every 15-20 pages

Trying to work out which stage of the cycle we are currently at
Well, "Bioware wouldn't do that" is one of the arguments I've always brought up against a forced death. The same with "no happy ending for the romance". So I'm tentatively optimistic we'll get a happy ending.KingMakaveli wrote...

Agreed, wait and see is probably the only thing we could do.
I assume we won't have any other official infos related to Miranda until March 6th (or 8th:?).
I'm still hoping we'll have a decent role for Miranda in ME3, even though I'm pretty sure it won't satisfy all of our expectations but for once, I'd be happy to be wrong.

I can honestly say that this is one of the few times in my life I'd be ecstatic to be wrong.

No in Me3 Cerberus is hunting her down.CaptainRegor wrote...
Excelent that she got a big part, Bioware have seen her popularity and it also is intresting because Cerberus being the enemy and she most probably left Cerberus shortly after The Collector Base no matter Paragon or Regenade - Another intresting possibility is that she is loyal to Cerberus but she's in love with Shepard
