If that's the case I'll be really dissapointed. That's just cheap.

Oh yeah, we get James Vega. Huehuehue.

What's not to love about the guy?

(In all seriousness, I'll give Vega a shot. He seems like a cool enough guy. More so than Jacob, at least.)

It has Call of Duty audience this way written all over it.

I hopes theres an option to toss him out of the nearest airlock.

Okay, spoilers below.

After Chuck gets the intersect upgrade, and Sarah confesses that she loves him, she tells him to run away with her. It was a very romantic and spontaneous thing from her end, and Chuck initially agreed. They were going to meet at a Train station in Prague and together they would travel across the world hiding from the C.I.A., no longer spies but in love and on the run. Before that, General Beckman talks to Chuck about his upgrade and offers to train him to become an official C.I.A. spy. So Chuck goes to Prague only to tell Sarah that they could be together and still be spies. She feels betrayed and asked him again, and he chose the job of being a spy over Sarah. Embarrassed, Sarah returned to CASTLE and never mentioned her intent to leave the C.I.A. and resents him for a season then she just forgot being betrayed by him.

It got pretty bad after Prague, and I think it was horrible from there on, until the series finale when I thought they would end it on a brave note, but they didn't.

You forgot the part where they made that not matter in the last 8 minutes, so who cares.

The show went to s**t after that. No one should ever place themselves beneath someone's ambitions. Especially from a romantic standpoint. Especially when that woman has issues with trust and has only two good experiences with people/men in her life.

They do.

They get married at the end of season 4.

And through the entreity of season 5 talk about getting their dream house/company and haveing a baby,

But then in the last 3 episodes Sarah uploads a faulty intersect to save Chuck which causes memmory loss depening how often you flash. And basicaly the main bad guy captures her and forces her to "flash" and she forgets the last 5 years of her life (the previous seasons)

In the end Chuck is still in love with her, but her memmories aint returned by the end of the finale and has a very ambiguous ending.

Really bad plot device

I can't believe they did this to Miranda......major slap in the face to non-Xbox gamers. I did not play ME-1, I do not care about Tali, Garrus, or the VS. They made Miranda SO SO important in ME-2 and then they just throw her away in ME-3? Smh.......I can't believe I reserved a copy already.....

They do, but its cheapened from that incident and it plays out too much like a sitcom romance than what it started out like in the first two seasons. Honestly, the only characters that come out unscathed from season 2 are Beckman and Casey. I just really can't get over what a big slap in the face Prague was for Sarah and how easily she forgave him.

So they stay "in love" but it feels cheap becasue of how it was handled. The show would've been better off if they began season 3 with Chuck and Sarah on the run from the C.I.A. It would've salvaged Chuck's character, but he really turns into a bastard the more he loves being a spy.

It makes little sense why, according to the buzz around the leaked script, Miranda got such a small role in Me 3 (not just not being a squad mate but as in a small role) We have all discussed to death how many plot hooks she has with one of the main antagonists, heck she was one of the few squad mates in me 2 that spoke about the reapers.
Also, why would the devs. say that Miranda has a "large role." and that "she has unfinished business with Shepard and even more unfinished business if romanced,." only for it to be revealed in the leak that this was not so.If they lied, why would they do that? They could have just said no comment and moved on and yet they did not.
So it is either A) She has a large role, the leak was very unfinished. B) They lied when they really did not need to, or C) Those who said that she has a large role and unfinished business really had no idea about the script/plot...which begs the question, why have people who know nothing about the plot and script answer questions relating to said script...
march 6th will answer all I suppose.
This is not meant to jin up any emotions but more of a "Why would they say X if Y really happens?"

Hypothetical: Assuming the Reapers are defeated, and the galaxy is in shambles (Earth and a few other home worlds are destroyed, only a small handful of the various species remain, and a good amount of the technology is destroyed), how could Miranda and Shepard eke out an existence?

Believe me, we're curious of this same thing, but we're also going to wait for the full game before we render any judgement.

And I thought it was Tali who "has unfinished business" with the Commander?

Yeah. Part of me is kicking myself for putting my money down already for the CE.

I'd be *slightly* more fine with it if she wasn't built up so much in ME2.

I know this sounds simplistic but I think Bioware really went hard on fanservice and listened to the Talimancers, the Ashleys, and the Garrus fans and all the original nostalgic ME-1 fans and gave them what they wanted. Their gonna use that as evidence that it's not all about getting the CoD/Gear fans and that we really do care about the fan base. But they did it at the expense of (not to sound selfish but yea, I am) people like me, non-Xbox users who came into ME-2 fresh and new.

ME-2 became a top 5 game in my lifetime within 30 minutes of gameplay. 30 minutes as an adept! That guy in my profile photo? That's my first Shep and he's never going anywhere. That Shep loves Miranda, first voice he heard when he woke up from the dead.

I think they lied because they didn't want us complaining so far away from the release date. Supposedly, this is the same treatment Ashley fans got leading up to ME-2's release. So I guess it's our turn? If they told us the truth at the same time that they told us Ashely, Garrus, AND Tali would be permanent no doubt squadmates, the bad press would be terrible.

Also, the other thing is and I commented on this before, Yvonne Strahovski was still filming Chuck, Killer Elite, and a Seth Rogen film. For all we kno, they asked her to do it and she was like "I dont feel like doing the full game". And there was no way they were gonna REPLACE her voice, we love her so much, so they took what they could get, maybe?

there's a youtube video where a fan asked about Miranda and the guy gives a half-hearted answer about her. I'll see if I can find the link.

The thing isn't event that Miranda has a small role. Jack's is actually smaller, but I came out of the leak liking her more. But Miranda is utterly *pathetic* Part of me wants a larger role in hopes that the glaring omissions could be rectified, but if I had to put up with leak!Miranda for 30 hours, I'd probably end by shoving her out the airlock.

I don't think the recording was a problem. I remember in an episode of Pulse they showed that the actors didn't need to be in the studio -- or indeed, in the same town or state and they can still record.

Ah, guys, do we always have to be so dark and grim and depressing?
As for Shepard's and Miranda's fate after the war, I do not know, I plan to give Shepard a heroic death or something in that direction. I hope that's possible, It would be a great way to end the story of the legendary Commander Shepard in my opinion.

But yes, Miranda should make some sort of Cerberus-ish organization, willing to do what it takes, but not taking it too far like the old Cerberus did in some cases.(Like Overlord, I supported the idea, but was it really necessary to nail David to that contraption?) She'd have to stay anonymous though, otherwise she'd never be able to be with Oriana.
