So we're making it up then?

Pretty much, nothing else to do. Would be funny if all Miranda fans change to the new pic to symoblize our desire for more Miranda info, maybe devs will notice.

I'd do that but sadly I cannot part with my scorpion jacket.

Is it possible to put another picture that isnt on there forums avatar options? I want to put a Miri picture that is different from this one just to differentiate myself.

I'm curious to this as well.

I really can't believe how obvious it is that fans like Miranda (both hardcore nerds like us who go online and casual gamers who just buy the game and play it) and they threw her away like this smh.....

My quote pryamid trimming might be wrong, so forgive me if I quoted the wrong dude. You have to download the Dragon Age character creator thingy, make up a fake character, go into the folders (on ur comp), switch the character photo with your chosen profile photo, then somehow link that character to your Bioware profile. it's complicated, that's why i've only done it once lollll

That isn't even the main reason I'm disappointed (Though that is a reason).

She has all this build up and development in ME2. She's practically the female lead for the game.

What happens next? Not a damn thing.

I was the only one some months ago who knew that miranda wouldn't be important in M3 when we learned cerberus will be the bad guys ? Without Cerberus, it is very difficult to keep her as a permanent squadmate. Her role would be insignificant. It wouldn't be fair to her character, if she would just follow shep on the normandy everywhere in this war.

I disagree, she'd be very helpful in helping you take down Cerberus.
She was able to see TIM in person for crying out loud, if you are ranked that high in an Origanization like Cerberus you know how to take it down to some extent.

You have no creative mind then if you think just because Cerberus are enemies, Miranda can't be with Shepard.

Her personal mission alone attests to this.

Especially considering her former position as TIM's 2IC and knowing Cerberus like the back of her hand.

I do not think it is the as much the permanent squad mate thing that is the problem because she can have a large role, or do important/ awesome things while not fighting by Shepard side. What has people unhappy is that it appears she does very little , in regards to Cerberus and the reaper war.  At least that is what I gathered from the thread.

Basically this.

I can argue that just having squad status alone inflates her role significantly, albeit artificially, though.

Have any of you guys played Arkam City?

I think it would have been cool if Miranda had plot line running parallel to Shepard like Catwomen did in Arkham city, every few missions it would pull back from Shepard and focus on Miranda (perhaps you could even control her etc). This would kinda make sense considering how important she was made out to be in ME2. And her ties to Ceberus etc considering their importance in the third game.

But this is big time dreaming.

Meh. We don't need her all the time on the normandy to do that. She doesn't have to be a permanente squadmate for that.  And for informations, we have also the shadow broker, he knew everything about Cerberus, Miranda and even TIM.

Mhh. I agree. Now, I don't really know what Bioware did with her, I didn't read the leaked script. I hoped she would remain important even if she wasn't a permanent squadmate.

Her romance is good at least in M3 ?

I dont know...

If your Shep took the paragon route and had Miranda with him/her then she gave the finger to TIM and Shepard is pretty much her only option to get involved in the Reaper war and try saving humanity.
If your Shep took the renegade route or if Miranda wasnt on the team for the final fight then she should be concerned about what happens with Cerberus in ME3.

Even if my canon FemShep and Miri had a 'rival' relationship in ME2, I hope to see an idealistic and strong Miranda (in other words still fighting for human dominance) in ME3 then a girl who lost her sense of priority and has for unique goal to save her sister. She needs to do better then that to keep Shep's respect.

Ashley / Kaidan / Vega, already on the normandy while shepard was a prisoner. Normally, without shepard, it would be a VS, the chief. So they are already here, and they are Alliance's soldiers, important organisation against the raepers, ( so easy to explain why they are here, while Miranda, alone without resource that would be a bit strange. Liara, ( protheans, she is extremely important to win against the reapers. )

Tali, Okay, there, I have nothing to say. I wait to see.

What outmane said. She loves her sister and that's good, but she should passionately care about what's going on with Cerberus. She was with them for twenty years and rose to 2IC but there's no remorse or grief over their current direction. If Oriana's situation wasn't connected to Cerberus, there's no sense she would have done anything productive. She's pathetic, as I said.

Liara is the Shadow Broker. She should not even be on the battlefield. She should be feeding Shepard information or feeding Cerberus (Or whoever else) misinformation. As much as I like Liara, she's pretty useless with Shepard

Tali should never have been a squad mate. She isn't a combatant, she's a mechanic and an engineer. she can be on the Normandy fixing the engines or something, but not fighting.

The VS doesn't "need to be bogged down by Shepard" either, considering both of them are higher rank than Shepard, and are Spectres.

Garrus should be helping the turians. Useless with Shepard, like Liara.

Prothy... I don't know why Prothy joins Shepard.

Spoiler character was technically a part of the Normandy's crew in ME2, so I'll let that slide, even if squad status for them is retarded as well.

Vega is the only one that makes sense at face value.
