I don't understand why the Frame Rate in the Demo is only 20-30, possibly 40 FPS In-Game.

Yeah, I didn't realize that.   I'd never pick Udina.  Anyone do the Shadow Broker mission to discret him?  I did.

I had no problems whatsoever.  You probably have a lot of programs running in the background that can mess up the game play a little bit.  I generally turn off all unnecessary crap "programs/processes" but you need to know what you are doing though.

Those are not the minimum. Those are the Maximum Requirements.


Some people from Different Forums Online are saying that it COULD be an "unpolished, early code" or whatever it is, as if BioWare is not yet finished with Polishing the Game.

Is this because BioWare hasn't fully Completed ME3 so that the Frame Rate cold be Higher?

My Laptop:

17.3 Inch Laptop: HP Pavilion

ATI Radeon 6550

6 GB RAM and 4 GB Video Graphics.

I have ME1 AND ME2 at 1600X900 Screen Resolution with the Settings on High, and the FPS for BOTH Games go MOSTLY from 40-60 FPS.



I have the ME3 Demo with EVERYTHING at Maximum.

My Laptop has the Screen Resolution of 1600X900, so what's wrong?

Hell, even some PS3 Players are having the same Issue.

Judging from the demo it looks like the texture resolution and detail, lighting effects, and polygon count have been increased significantly over ME2. There have most likely been other tweaks made to the Unreal 3 game engine as well. Dialing your screen resolution back a few notches won't make a huge impact on the visual appearance but may cause respectable gains in frame rate.

IMO, going much over 720p HD resolutions is a visual waste of time with almost any game. Visual gains mostly come from the game engine upgrades mentioned above, not increased screen resolution.

Ed: Have any of you seen the Far Cry 3 trailer? Talk about visually stunning, wow.
