Pretty much. I'm ok with that though. Poetry is second only to singing in terms of sexiness, so it's a well considered effort.

What would your reaction be to someone who apologized for killing your children?

"Oh, no worries, just doing what you thought was right at the time"?

It's true. I don't want another LI in Mass Effect. BioWare keeps showing us how ME3 is as if they want us to drop Miri for another LI. *Shakes Head* Not gonna happen.

They have never shown off Mass Effect 3 in that kind of a way. At least, not to those who have already romanced someone in the first two games. Where have you been?

If anything, BioWare tempted those who played ME1 to abandon their ME1 romances for those in ME2.

Why are you getting yourself worked up? You can stay faithful to Miranda. Nobody is forcing you otherwise.

Just because other people decide that they want to romance another character, doesn't mean you have to get hysterical. "HE'S TURNED ON MIRANDA OH NO!"

No, he hasn't. He's only romancing Ashley on his first run through of ME3 instead of Miranda. That doesn't mean he won't romance Miranda again. Geez,...

Exactly.

Not Miranda related, but still worthy of posting.

Fan made trailer for Mass Effect, a tribute to Commander Shepard. One of the best I have seen so far, IMHO.

That's exactly what BioWare of Characters like Miri: "Cheat Bait." They believe that without even stopping to THINK
that there ARE Players who started out with ME2, especially the PS3 Players.

Think, BioWare! T-H-I-N-K.... You were able to think about this entire story with your "Brilliant" minds, yet you can't read between the lines?

Becuase someone murdering your children is a long way away from someone accusing you of something. So hyperbole can be considered hilarious, but you know, whatever. I've always been a fan of the tomboy, and Ash has that in spades. That combined with Miranda's shortened exposure, decision was kind of made for me.

They did think. God, stop overeacting. This is all because somebody decided they wanted to romance Ashley instead of Miranda, and you threw your toys out of the cot.

I would argue that its tempting to cheat on, say, Ash for Miranda not because Miranda was made out to be "cheat bait," but because her romance was so well done. In fact, I believe that's what BioWare tempted the ME1 players with. The romances in ME2 were so well done that we would be tempted to cheat on our ME1 LI. And I gotta say, they were right.

If anything I think that's a testament to how well written all the characters are.

It's not the Ashley thing anymore. Forget about that! I'm talking about BioWare not seeing that there ARE players who prefer the ME2 LIs.

BioWare made the games so that people can create their OWN Version of the Mass Effect Story with their OWN choices, and in MY ME Story, I find Love in ME2. Get it BioWare?

You'd be surprised the amount of people that dumped Ashley or Liara and went for Miranda just because of "dat ass".

I like to call those people "scum of the Earth".

Would you relax? Yes, there is no doubt in my mind that Miranda was cheat bait in ME2 in order to create drama. However, even back then, Bioware went through the trouble of making the romance far more emotional than simply a one night stand.
And now, in ME3, as much as we complain about certain aspects of it, one thing that everyone agrees on is that the Shepard/Miranda romance is even more emotional and Shepard is a lot more loving.

I believe it, and I would agree that they are "scum of the Earth."

I did cheat on Ashley once though for Miranda. For her character and not her physical features of course;)

@enaya: None of the new ME3 LI's interest me. That may be different for some, but for me, Ashley and Miranda are all I need.

Just calm down, you'll still get Miranda back in ME3. It's not like she's cheating on you inbetween games with Jacob.

Or is she?!

Like the same way Bioware didn't stop and think about Kaidan, Ashley, and Liara when Bioware introduce 12 new squad members in ME2?

Bioware know some people prefer the ME2 romances. What makes you think Bioware don't see this?
