Miranda is definitely not a fashionata, far from it, but I think she would appreciate wearing some haute-couture clothes occasionally, for example on a date with Shepard.

This. While I most certainly don't see Miranda being like Rarity from MLP:FiM, I'm more than 99% she'd give a damn about what clothes she's wearing (In-game differences aside, for obvious reasons).

If she were, like you said, going out on a date with Shepard, she would dress for the occasion. It would be really weird seeing Shepard in a nice tux, and Miranda is still wearing her catsuit. Same thing if they were going to sleep together. Shepard is wearing a t-shirt and underwear or something, and Miranda is still wearing the catsuit. No, just... no.

On the N7 hoodie... I'm not sure if she would want to wear it, but if she does, then by all means.

Just a rough guess here, but I'd say Miranda loves Shepard a fair bit prior to ME3, and Shepard feels the same way, depending on how you plan on carrying it.

spot on and plus she does know shepard insanely well considering she spent two years learning everything about shepard. so its not she cant trust you she knows you too well not to be able to predict how you react

Started my final ME2 replay of my main femShep. Miranda's entrance is awesome. I recall thinking "I like this woman" when I saw it first two years ago. Only she should've had a better answer to Shepard's suggestion that she should've taken him alive for questioning.

Love is an hard emotion to define. Miranda has become more attached to a romanced Shepard than to anyone else except Oriana but she also has a great amount of respect for him and is sexually attracted to him.
Is that romantic love? Maybe, the romantic in me wants to believe so.

Not to sound like I'm disagreeing with you, but...

Why wouldn't it be? Attachment, respect, and attraction are all very important traits to standard "love", and Miranda's mannerisms during the romance all but throw it in your fce that she genuinely cares about Shepard, deeper than a simple friendship or a fling.

Agreed, love is an unfathomable feeling but to me, it's definitely romantic love they feel for each other.
