The dossier's fine. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the Oriana chat, but I just think that's bad writing. It doesn't really do anything but give the character a problem and one that's laughably easy to fix or should be given the level of tech in the ME universe. If it doesn't get fixed in the third game I'm sure we can all fix it in our heads afterward.

Everything in that dossier gives her problems.

At least, everything in it can be misconstrued (easily) to be a problem. Nothing in it is "positive", per se.

Funny how Miranda is the only one to have a 100% terrible dossier. Everyone else had at least 1 good point in theirs.

I loved her dossier. I like that she's sexually active rather than yet another shy, innocent virgin. If anything was facepalm worthy it was not revealing that Miranda isn't ashamed of her sexuality, but Liara and Tali revealing that Shepard would be their first.  It also was in keeping with her character, since she is Mass Effect 2's Femme Fatale.

I also liked the reveal that she is infertile. That little bit of baggage makes her more interesting. The only flaw is that it was relegated to her dossier and is never talked about in game.

On a side note, I'm not quite so sure why is it important that Shepard's LI must be able to bear him children. Shepard's story ends at Mass Effect 3 and we won't be playing as (or meeting) his descendents in future Mass Effect titles. An in game pregnancy reveal would also be both completely ridiculous and cheesy.

I can agree with that. Ashley's ME3 incarnation is almost beyond redemption in my mind, but at the very least, her romance doesn't feel forced and cheesy 100% of the time.

I wouldn't either. That's why I consider the dossier to either be a poor attempt at some underhanded humor, or it was written by someone who hated Miranda.

If it weren't for her in-game presentation (Prior to LotSB), I would haven't ever gone anywhere near MIranda. That dossier's very existence is a sin against nature.

I agree but if the reason behind it was showying Miranda is sexually active, the presentation leaves a lot to be desired. Online dating is not a very dignified way of meeting partners. Reports from previous missions where it could have been included situations where she had to seduce targets would have been more interesting.
As such, what would be the point of showying an historical of Miranda's online chatting? It is one of the reasons I believe it was a subtle way of saying that she was trying to get pregnant.

Granted, it is a terrible way of going at it and I blame it on wishing for her child to be as natural as possible in contrast with her own birth.
