I really don't know. He implied that some character's romance will be shorter than others, but that they want to make every moments unforgettable.
Plus, he said that it's not important the destination or the outcome, but the moments you'll share with these characters.
Basically, marketing.

The talk about how it's the journey that matters, not the destination, implies that the endings will be as bad as the fans are predicting them to be.

From what I've seen between Shepard and Vega, I'm confident the interactions between characters have improved a lot. Of course that will be little consolation if I can't shape the way Shepard reacts or if Miranda will have 7 lines vs Liara's 30.

You know, I've seen Robert Smith play live, but this thread has the biggest amount of downers I've ever seen in one place.

I have to say, it seems that Garrus and Tali will have worse treatment than Miranda during the final stage of the game.

Quality over quantity, that's all I gotta say.

Other romances can have twice as much dialogue but it might not necessarily be better, to each their own, right?

I'm going to enjoy ME3, though as I though, it will not be a step up from ME and ME2.

Game will be fantastic anyway , and I'm still disappointed about Miri, but I'm still very hopeful about her and her role and her romance in me3 , as for the endings , idk what they are nor do I want to know , but I'm sure they'll be fine as well

Though I'm really thinking of not going in the gaming forums I usually visit after the release.

So you've experienced the romance arc for yourself already? We can read all the leaks from people and what not, but that's still not you playing the game yourself, which can be different from just reading or watching whatever. You'll be in a different environment, have a different mindset and well, playing the actual game, which for me is a totally different experience. Again, I understand the worry about the romance, but it's not like those people are playing my Shepard or my game, so I won't let them ruin something I have yet to experience.
