I understand the pratical issues that caused this drastic change, it's war and she is the Shadow Broker.
However, it once was warm and comfy now it's just a bunch of stacked computers and screens.

To say nothing of the person who once stayed there. But that's something I can roleplay. Shepard is going to be very melancholic when he enters that room. It will become part of the story.

Unlike the damned endings.

Thank you for the information. Yes, I have something similar in mind and I'll write it up some time after I've played through ME3 once. Also my epilogue and jtav's will share certain elements. I have a suspicion that ME3 will become the game with the most rewritten endings in the history of video gaming.

About these goddamned endings, I really don't know what to think. If they are not bogus I'll try to erase them out of my head and I've never ever done that with a game before.
I was at first disappointed by the God of War III ending but then I thought it actually made sense contrarely to what we have here, which is just "pointless cruelty" to quote someone you may know.

However things may go, Miranda is still awesome and we're going to see her again. It may not be much, but you know, in the light of recent revelations it actually begins to appear pretty big.

The new rules are long overdue. Quite a few people were really out of line with personal attacks. But admittedly the timing is suggestive.
