U really think miranda agrees with an extreme PDA?

PDA?

People still use those in the future?

Oh.

I think Miranda is a reserved and private person and would have a limited tolerance for that. The engine room scene is a presentation failure.

Agreed. I really don't understand why they didn't use her room, or Shepard's room.

Bioware decided to flaunt her sexuality.

Only it backfired on them, pretty hilariously.

You have sex with Miranda in a bar in ME3?

That was a joke.

I wouldn't put it past Bioware to incorporate Miranda's romance with a barroom sex scene, though.

She did mention that she wants Shepard solely for hersefl, so the engine room move might be deliberate - as a sort of "public" and final confirmation of his commitment to all possible rivals (especially within the ship).

She could have just as easily done that by just telling everyone that Shepard was hers, and Shepard would affirm what Miranda says.

You're overthinking this. Bioware created the engine room scene because they thought it was cool, and didn't think at all about the implications it could have for her character.

She could, she also could stage fatal accidents, remove dossiers and so on ... The point is that the engine room scene doesn't necessarily need to be defined as a mistake.

They're known for making things "cool", without thinking about them beforehand, or the potential implications afterwards.

*cough* Suicide Mission *cough*

... What? What are you telling me? Simply telling the people who came on to Shepard that he was hers is easier than just doing it for everyone to see.

The point is that the engine room scene doesn't necessarily need to be defined as a mistake.

That isn't the point at all.

In ME2 I was only ever interested in Miranda I don't remember her saying that you were only hers.

She says it if you romance someone else at the same time.

Miranda doesn't want to "share" Shepard with anyone else.

I'm not sure about the other romances (I know Tali doesn't want to "share" either).

She's standing in front of the entrance to the war room. That blue security scanner grid was shown in IGN's tour of the Normandy video.

If Shepard should trigger another romance and is romancing Miranda you get one of two lines.

The Paragon one is "Everyone needs to know that you're mine."

Or if you did the Renegade kiss option you get "If you think that what happened [the kiss] is ever going to happen again while you're doing the same with someone else, you're sorely mistaken."

Note that I am paraphrasing off of the top of my head.

I already mentioned this, but I really think they made Miranda's hair look better in ME3. Less rigid and more "natural" looking.

I wouldn't say a lot (She was always lean, I mean), but definitely a bit. Then again, being on the run from Cerberus can do that to you.

But it could just be the compression of the picture. She's obviously going to appear larger on a TV screen or computer monitor as opposed to a small picture like that.
