Will we be able to activate the *spoiler* squadmate on day one with our N7 CE's?
Yes.
Just call him what he is. The prothean.
He isn't a spoiler anymore. The only spoiler squadmate left is the Battlestar Galactica knockoff, and even that is almost unanimously known.

Hit him with an icewall the size of an iceberg and colder than Noveria.

I think it would be a bit different considering Shepard being with a man

What would be Miranda's reaction to Shepard cheating on her with a man?
Truthfully, I have no idea.
But for comedy's sake, let's just go with this-
*Miranda walks in*
Miranda: *gasp* Oh my god? Shepard, what the hell are you doing?
Shepard: Well, saving the galaxy a third time really got me thinking. I'm pretty certain I'm into men now.
Miranda: What? Was I not good enough for you?
(No offense intended towards anyone who is actually homosexual. Purely intended for comedic purposes)

Exactly how it should be.

I know that seeing a pic of Miri from ME3 should make me happy but I just can't get over my dissappointment that she is still wearing her deafult outfit from ME2. I've never been a fan of the white uniform, there's just something about it that does not look right to me.
To me it's the only outfit (available to her) that looks "right" so I don't mind. But it is a bit weird. Is it possible that this pic and the trailer version of her come from a new game and she is unloyal, thus wearing her 'unloyal' outfit? And it will be different if you import a game?

Your Shepard is gay?
I was under the impression that Ashley/Kaidan weren't open to romance if they weren't romanced in ME1.
As we all know, Kaidan wasn't S/S in ME1.
Anyway... Multiple Shepards.

I could be interesting but the game mechanics wouldn't allow it. I wonder why video games are still so uptight about sexuality as opposed to cinema.

It's more a regional issue, than it is dependent on the form of media. Example, I know American companies dislike alcohol and drugs depicted on their boxart. Germans tend to change boxart that depicts n@zi symbolism (Obviously) and blood/gore.
The Left 4 Dead logo is a pretty notorious example of the above. For the international release, it's a hand missing the thumb, with the viscera and bone exposed at the wound. On the German boxarts I've seen, the hand is fully intact.
It's off topic anyway, so I can PM you if you want to discuss it further.

Makes me wonder if Miranda keeps other clothes handy, or if her closet is filled with the same suits.
For the sake of comedy, let's just say that it is.
Shepard: How many of those suits do you have?
Miranda: (opens closet) Quite a few. I learned to requisition extras after Cerberus' R&D department ran into a little problem with the ceramic nanopolymer material the suit is made of. There's a big difference between "bullet-resistant" and "tissue paper" so they just send me a suit from each new production run and hope that it works as advertised.
Shepard: Do they come in any other colors?
Miranda: Sadly they're restricted to the standard Cerberus color palette. I like the prototype black suit they sent, but if you value your eyesight you'll want to avoid looking directly at the "Cerberus Orange" suit.

This is rather off-topic but I remember a movie called Shortbus which was taboo-free on the subject of sex.
There's actually a women who is polyandric and she and her two male partners are quite happy about it.
More generally, I think mature content (violence, sex...) is always more decried and blamed in a video game than in a movie. Maybe because it is still a young media/entertainement compared to cinema.
