So....I just acquired control of the Normandy. I guess you can't see Miranda on your first visit to the Citadel, right?
Also, the comparison with other characters shows how little attention Miranda received in comparison. Team members have three or four outfits right from the start, and their conversations are so much more polished - in general, but mostly noticeable in the more natural flow of the lines regardless of which options you pick in which sequence. It's as if they put an amateur to write Miranda and a veteran of ten years to write the team members, and I bet that amateur had a lot of help with Miranda's first scene.
I won't make a final judgment before I've seen everything, but this is shaping up to be an epic disappointment. What did they think? That we wouldn't notice the negligible attention? We all feared that Miranda not being on the team would have negative consequences, but I wouldn't have imagined something like this. Less content I did expect, but not this kind of negligence.
And I haven't even started about the narrowing focus. Oriana, Oriana Oriana. It's come to the point that I want to kill her (Oriana, not Miranda). What about the state of the galaxy? What about Cerberus, the organization she used to work for and could provide valuable intel about? Not even after her mission's done does she show any care about the big picture. Who the hell is this impostor?
