What the-Image IPB I had never seen this before. When did Miranda get a statue? Appropriate, though.
I wonder if it's meant to be Miranda or just a representation of humanity, much like the Krogan Statue.

Yeah, me neither. I'd like to know more about this Image IPB

I'm Commander Shepard, and that is my favorite spot on the Citadel Image IPB

Matt's whipped. What the lady wants, she gets. And anything he can do to tweak Alliance noses is a good thing.

This is the kind of stuff I'd have liked to see from epilogues. Miranda dies, Shepard has the option of becoming a dignitary on the Citadel and has that erected in her memory.

There is a bloody statue of Miranda on the Presidium! That's SO awesome!

edit: I doubt Miranda herself would like the idea, though.

Those images on the top right and left almost look like Lazarus project references (I guess it's a medical lab).

So, maybe the point is: the statue is for medical advances due to the Lazarus Project.

Things like this and the file/message from after her mission almost make my head spin when I compare them to the playable content.

Bioware, y u no put awesome in game??? LoL.

I get the impression they did very hasty rewrites after November and we exploded.

Okay, with everything you know now, is it better for Miranda to speak to Oriana and lose her or for her never to know what she missed.

Speak to her and lose her.

She wants Oriana to be happy, and that's always been more important to Miranda than her own happiness. So, assuming she takes Oriana to a safe place, away from Sanctuary, which I think we can assume, she probably has as good a shot at a full life as anyone in the circumstances.

So, it makes sense that Miranda would want that, even if it increases her own sense of solitude in one of the ending scenarios.

I'm stuck atm, but you get the romance scene even if you refuse to give her resources. I'm virtually certain that's how you get that variation.

Just did it. So, your right. Confirmed.

btw, where do you think that Miranda took Oriana after Sanctuary?

The only "safe place" was the Citadel (it has a good fleet and a strong militia). But we all know what happens. My bet could be on Beckenstein or in a Salarian colony.

Oriana setting Sanctuary as a proper refugee camp was not in the game?

Just completed the game. Please don't lash me for this guys ( :P ) but....

I really don't get all the outrage at the endings. I really don't. The endings were worthy of the Mass Effect trilogy, and BioWare offered what everyone complained about having; HUGE choices.

In fact, if you choose the "Destroy" ending and have an Effective Military Strength over 6000, it is revealed that Shepard still lives. This opens up huge areas for post-game DLC that continue past the "endings." I am optimistic and look forward to what BioWare will do with this.

Miranda's role in ME3 was also fantastic. All the negativity was for naught. And she did in fact play a huge role in the story with which I am proud of her character for. Very pleased with her role. And for those who think the Ashley/Kaidan or Liara romances are "far better" than Miranda's or other ME2 squaddies are wrong. Romanced Ashley on my ME3 run and you don't have many conversations with her after you pick her up from the Citadel at the start of Act 2, nor do Shepard and Ashley go on a "date." They sit down at the Citadel to chat, at which point you can rekindle the romance with Ashley, but its far from what can be considered a "date."

All in all, the Mass Effect trilogy was the best experience I have had in gaming, and the story rivals that of some fantastic movie trilogies.

Hey, I'm glad you enjoyed the game. I don't think it's a bad thing that people are satisfied with it :)

Hope not Bekenstein. Too close to the Citadel (still in the Serpent Nebula). Wouldn't be surprised if it got hit hard as well.

I have two Miranda playthroughs so far, one where I did destroy and the other merge. Both of which has Shepard keeping his promise to Miranda. In the destroy ending, Shepard lives to see another day and will keep his promise to find Miranda. While for the merge, I chose this because Miranda died in this run... if it wasn't for her request to finish this reaper business once and for all... I felt like he would throw himself out of the airlock. So yeah, he sacrifices himself in the end and he'll be with Miranda in the after life. Actually, I'm quite satisfied with those two endings already.

Can I make a horrible confession that will ruin my reputation? I wanted a marriage proposal. They pass it off as a practical matter, but nobody's fooled.

hahaha I did the exact same thing with my two playthroughs. Interestingly enough I find the playthrough where both Miranda and Shepard are dead more satisfying (and not because the scene between then is quite defining) but just the ultimate sacrifices made in order for others to live another day.

The only difference is I still did the destory ending except didn't have enough assests in order to live. Hopefully someone is there to look out for Oriana.

Wait, what do you mean, exactly?

Anyway, I'm up for it, and would probably select it every time I played the game, though I might not openly admit it Image IPB

Oh wait, I just did Image IPB

You know, save money on taxes. Make sure property passes to the other with no problem. That sort of thing.

***SPOILER***

It's not Bekenstein. Allers is from there and she tells you in a conversation that Reapers bombarded it from orbit.

Oh cool, her death was well done though... she says I love you gives my Shepard the closure he needs. It was just so hard for me not to talk to her during the Spectre office to avoid the Kai Leng thing and not giving her access. The only thing missing (just a minor gripe) is if Shepard had Miranda in his flashback lol but other than that both of their sacrifices satisfied me.

****SPOILER****

I chose to Destroy The Reapers, and me, and ALL Organic Life, Survived.... but WHY do I have this feeling of....failure....when seeing the Old Man telling the Story to the kid. It feels like we all failed and died. The Old Man (Stargazer) said, "So Very Long Ago." It is MANY Years in the Future were Me and EVERYONE Else, including Miri, is dead.:(

That's awesome :wizard: and it's an official artwork. She's become a war hero.
I suppose Shepard has his own statue on the Presidium too.
