Well, since this is a pro-Miranda thread, I know what you mean. I'd much rather see Miranda do it to Shep than vice-versa. I guess I really meant I don't want to take a butt smack off the table is all. If it involves Miranda, she definitely ought ot be the one doing it.

Wait....what?  So it's ok for a woman to smack a guy's butt but not the other way around?  It's the future...if they've eliminated one thing by then I would hope it's double standards.

How about we just take the common sense approach and say that any butt smacking can be appropriate as long as a relationship is established first (i.e. me and my wife).  If it's a person making sexual contact with someone they're not in an intimate relationship with, I think we can all agree that would be inappropriate, regardless of gender.

+1 for fewer gender based stereotypes and mores.

In relationships as long as its consensual it's A-OK! I could see my Shepard patting Miranda's butt ... I also see her in public  "innocently" brushing by him and smiling as he tries to maintain composure. She has an ornery and very playful streak in thier *relationship.

Of course, I probably won't see that in the game ...

* referring only to my game play and not everyone else's.

Sadly, I've never seen that. I've heard lots of good things about it though.

I really think we are going to see her only on a temp basis take the game footage we have seen so far with trying to keep the female krogan safe with mordin I can see miranda just being around on a mission where she is with her sister keeping her safe from cerburus

I still wish bioware would have had everyone from me1 and 2 be available for squadmates and let us choose who we want in say a group of 6 squadmates now that would make each game different

 Being fairly new to the Mass Effect universe, I have to say that Mass Effect 2 has become my all-time favorite game - which is not something I say often. The main part of that is the fact that you have these deep relationships with all the characters. I, myself, fell in love with the character of Miranda, and I would be sorely disappointed if she wasn't a part of your squad in ME3. But being that she was one of the principal characters of ME2, it seems it would be a cheat to just have her be in a cameo or supporting role. But I could also see them leaving her out of the squad, with Ashley and Liara already a part of the team in ME3 - but now that I think about it, it would seem right for them to have the 3 main LIs as part of your squad in the concluding chapter. I guess we'll have to wait until March to find out...

Sorry to bring above back after a couple of pages. Maybe I don't understand what you wrote correctly (English is not my 1st language) however I thought that the Arrival and Shadow Broker happen anyway for ME 3 regardless if you played them or not in ME2.

According to some very awesome pictures Yvonne is currently in Maui. 
Doesn't have to mean anything though.
Chuck supposedly starts production at the end of the month (after Comic Con).
EA has an LA location (north of LAX in the direction of the Marina Bay?). 
I'm sure she could go there and record her lines if she hasn't done already. That only takes a couple of days I guess and also could be split up to multiple sessions I'd think.

Depends really I think, providing she has some sort of permanent presence (although not necessarily as a squad mate etc) then in private I think she'd be more personable (assuming you LI'ed her) and this might even flow into a more personable attitude towards other crewmembers that she's worked with in the past (aka; any of those that still remain after the events of 2) but otherwise no I don't really expect much to change at all.

She will be at Comic Con according to her earlier tweet.

As I mentioned above they have a recording studio in LA so yes a posibility to do some VO work for Miranda.

VA recording is split according to their schedule as Seth Green split about 4 out of a total of 12 hours so far...
