Wish there was more Miri in the game :/ Although she has quite a few conversations before her mission, the fact that they're so spaced out and that she only has 1 mission focused on her makes her appearance have less "punch" than Mordin or Legion's for example :/ She really should've been a squadmate considering how important Cerberus is in ME3

At this point, I'm heads-over-heels happy she isn't on the squad.

Miranda isn't getting stranded on Gilligan's planet with the Normandy on my watch.

She should have been equivalent to Mordin or Legion. A critical NPC for one act.

I don't like this bloody kid either.

I loved it when you talked to Sovereign in ME1, probably one the best moment of the trilogy. It seemed immensely greater than us, frightening, it was mind blowing.
Now knowing it was just a mere tool used to serve a tautological purpose ... that's really a downer.

I guess a transcendant entity is the easy way to introduce us the three choices thus the StarChild was created.

They could have just done away with the current choices and StarBrat. All 3 of them are terrible, and carry potentially horrific consequences for the future anyway.

I would rather the ending be sculpted around your previous choices, not "Pick your favorite color".

Minus the mandatory death at the end of their arc.

I will hold onto Synthesis with a death grip. Not because I believe in the problem, but because I think the possibilities are neat. I can create hope for the universe, a world of infinite possibility. Including for Matt and Miranda.

Never thought I'd say this, but "hope" and "Synthesis" can't fluidly mix without an amount of cheese, in my own opinion.

Synthesis fails hardest in its implementation. And it's far too complex an idea to introduce in the last five minutes of the series. If anything it could be introduced in later works and certainly in a more logical manner and not just pushed on everyone by magic green beams and represented with faint TRON lines.

I would have liked it if she was on the ship after Sanctuary.  That way those that wanted a proper romance scene could get it.

She would help us on TIM's base and then leave before the battle for Earth begins

Already noted more on that here.

Not to mention that it violates one of ME's most prominent themes (Strength through unification of diverse people) by making everyone exactly the same.

Indeed. If anything I would invision it something like (unsurprisingly) Tron Legacy with the ISOs. Some years after the Reaper war techno-organic life just emerges in the galactic playground. How do organics react? What about the geth and any other synthetics? All the issues and themse can be fully fleshed out and explored in a way that makes sense and is far more interesting than "green explosion, surprise! you're all the same now LOL!"<_<

That's one positive aspect. She and Jack don't get separated from Shep. My Shep's LIs though, Cortez and Kaidan, both end up on that stupid planet :crying:

How's that a plot hole? He's on Earth, not stranded with the Normandy.

If he's not on Earth, he's dead.

From a detached pov, I could tell you what should probably be done with Liara. But I'll only tell you if you promise you won't do it.

Worry not. Only if by somewhat 30 other people suggest it, then it's a majority of votes =p
but what you have in mind? wanna PM me?

So will I. I wonder why so few people see those infinite possibilities.

I saw Miri's Death Scene, the Romance Death Scene (More Specifically) on YouTube. I ONLY saw THAT one. After seeing THAT, I will NOT be seeing ANY OTHER Version of Miri's Death Scene. NOT ON YOUTUBE, NOT ON ANYWHERE ELSE, EVER!!!! I also saw the breakup vid. It broke my heart too. I will NOT, I VOW RIGHT NOW: In My Life, AND In The Afterlife, I Will NOT Break Up With Miri, And I Will NOT Let Her Die!!!!

If any other Mirimancer/Mirimaniac does those AWFUL things intentionally, they will lose ALL respect from me, FOREVER!

Youre clearly a lunatic.

Just saw this now, this guy gets too worked up often in this thread.

Oh btw, love those cards!!

Yes he was on Earth, but then he teleports back to Normandy and comes out of the hatch if he was your LI

Goes to show how Joker prioritizes the Normandy's shuttle pilot over the man/woman who's saved the galaxy numerous times.

Isn't he just a good friend?

Possibilities aside, the problems are far greater. Surely you see them.

In any case if the ME universe survives the giant middle finger explosion that is the RGB I would look forward to seeing some of those possibilities explored properly in future works.

Joker being in the space between Relays makes no sense.
I'd think the Normandy, the most advanced ship in the galaxy, would be fighting with the rest of the Sword Fleet.
I was so looking foward to see the Normandy squaring off against Harbinger.

if you think that the normandy is the greatest war symbol amongst all battleships in that battle.... and having they simply fleeing away like that.

yeah, talking about morale!
