Yeah agreed. I don't know, I suppose I just can't help but compare them because I am in love with Strahovski. Anyway, so long as she's a squad member in ME3 I'm pleased. She'll still be the best looking most likely, especially if she receives an Ashley-like-makeover.
By God Thane and Jack better not be squad members over Miranda, I know that their fan favorites and all, and I do like him. But it would seriously annoy me if they beat her out, considering she could have a plot-driving role to play, where as they would be characters along for the ride.

There are times Miranda has left me breathless (and I'm not attracted to women as a rule) and times she looks odd. Her eyes are her best feature. Almost like sapphires sometimes.

And, ah, frog boy's my actual LI. Ahem.

Does anyone think that there will be significant changes made to her appearance for ME3?

Significant? No. New outfit. Better hair, some slight modification to her chin and jaw.

On the subject of changes: New outfit, and maybe hairstyle. Better hair textures due to new hair 'tech' and shadows being added in. Hopefully the 'valley' gets fixed alongside that.

Thane? Yep. Along with Kaidan and Liara, So I'd have mixed feelings if he trumped Miranda. Same as Jack because I like her.

The million-credit question is whether the outfit sports a Cerberus logo. I say yes. She'll be blackmailed into working with Cerberus via Oriana. We may even get a boss battle, like with Zevran.

Well, she's still indestructible if loyal. That ought to count for something. And they could have just as easily make Jacob unbeatable until the bubble.

Yeah, if she is loyal she cannot die, Shepard can die even. Which says something.

That's what bothered me the most, about ME2, I remember Casey going on about how it was all about the characters, then they go & make them all killable.
Personally, I think Miranda, along with one other character, should have been 'deathproof'.

Afterall, Shepard can still die, even with that possibility.
V

I actually did a run through once (just to test) whereby my Shep romanced her but at the very end he ended up dying because I didn't have another squadmate alive...how sad.

I think they will have to railroad the decisions she made at the end whether or not she resigned

If you kept the base she resigns shortly after seeing what Cerberus intends
If you didn't then she resigns regardless

Although your theory has a good chance of happening.

I was playing on my PC today.  Miranda eyes turned renegade red like Shepard does if you don't fix the scars.

Talk to Kenn on Omega and have Miranda with you.  OMG, the shadows on her face make her look like she has a beard.

I like my version. I've always wanted to fight Miranda (non-fatally). She'd be a formidable enemy.

And if Miri is killed. I will not play again. Because it is an unfair action in BIoWare's part. I was told DIRECTLY that we will be rewarded, NOT become a victim of a horrible fate.

More dramatic too
The Zavran fight was kind of easy.

It could have parts where they talk to each other during combat.

Shame we can't at least get a headshot of Miranda, to see what those features could look like.

Therefore, the outfit, itself, wouldn't be shown, so we are still in the dark as to whether or not she will be affiliated with Cerberus.(as jtav had pointed out, before, if it had the logo on it, or not)

They may be still working on that.
Jack was mentioned in April and we haven't seen her yet.

Oh, yes. Tears running down both their faces. "I loved/trusted you!" Could be catnip for us melodrama lovers. And then you team uo to take down Cerberus (or you kill her, but none of us would do that)

Seems to me that, should Miranda be blackmailed by Cerberus into turn against Shepard, wearing their logo would be counterproductive. Shepard trusts Miranda. As an LI, she has priviliged acess to him.

If my theory is true, I imagine you'll have the option of killing her. But that's all it'll be: an option.

I'm sure there will be opportunites for every squadmate to die in ME3. Heck, Miranda can die already if the player cares enough As long as it not mandatory, I can live with it.
For example, you could turn Bastila back into the Ligth Side but you could also kill her.

I can't. I would rather kill myself. A dev told me DIRECTLY that we will be rewarded. It would be awful if they were to lie.

I think you can relax, they're not going to kill off Miranda. She's filled with many fan <3's sure, she's no Tali but she seems well loved.

I'd be floored (and enraged) if they kill her off unavoidably. But she (and everyone else) will likely be killable in ME3.
