her face model looks better but her hair is awful......o Ventus wrote...
Dunno about anyone else, but I think her face texture looks a small bit better in ME3 (Not to say she looked bad in ME2).
In either case, she's beautiful.

A bit better, I think, yeah. At least more consistent. In ME2, the quality varied a lot situationally.

I imagine there's a part of Miranda that's still a child who could be cowed by Henry. Facing down an abuser who is also her father isn't easy, no matter how cowardly he is now. But there needed to be a confrontation.
Well, yes to the confrontation, but I think he needed to be formidable. Not physically, but mentally he would need to be impressive. Making him a non-entity who comes across as a coward and a bit of a fool really doesn't fit.

I am guessing they reducing the detailing on her in ME3 because of her having less of a role in ME3 to save memory and time i guess.
But is a shame that her hair had to backwards in detail but at least we had more dialogue than other characters like Jack

I would gladly cheat on Ashley again for you Miri. At least you dont **** me out like she did on Horizon.
I'd guess it didn't have much impact with non-fans. And that is the surest proof of how dilluted she is.jtav wrote...
Any idea what non-fans think about her role? I'm pretty happy with everyone else (aside from romanced Jacob and Ash) so I'm wondering if I'm disappointed in Miranda because I'm a fan or because she's badly done.

I RP Shepard as more of a master of improvisation on the battlefield. He's capable of subtlety but for the most part he's a blunt instrument, think Vega with a lot more experience. Miranda on the other hand is a consumate planner, given the time and resources she can pull off what others deem impossible (like the Lazarus Project). If you catch her off guard or manage derail her current plan of attack you won't have a problem, but if she's prepared you're better off running for your life.
On another note, remember that idea for an alternate version of the Gellix mission we discussed earlier in the thread? I've sort of expanded on that idea

I think the non-fans think her role is great. Some of them are asking why wasn't she a squad member (as representative of the ME2 squad).

Back in ME2, people loved her and people hated her but no one was indifferent about Miranda Lawson.

I actually had a tought about this very subject today.
Remember the first draft where Shepard would feel Direct Indocrination Control effects on Sanctuary like he does in the final confrontation with TIM?
Well, my ideas was that Henry Lawson would use this very technology to control Oriana and, when Shepard reaches Sanctuary, he uses it to defend himself from the Commander and Miranda. But, unlike TIM, Henry did not place the technology inside his own body.
If Shepard gave her the Alliance resources, Miranda discovered a way to nullify the signal thus, curing Cerberus Indocrination and then she can kill her father. From there, there would be different ways this could be used. Miranda could use this new signal to free the Indocrinated Cerberus Soldiers(Paragon) or she could place them under her control(Renegade).
Shepard helps her choose.
On the other hand, if Shepard did not give her the resources, one of the twins sacrifices herself so the other(or Shepard if Miranda died in ME2) can kill Henry.
