@flemm

Gave black/white/blue a shot, was it something like this you had in mind?

*snip*

I personally like that the blue is a homage to her eye colour, that was a detail that I missed when I was contemplating the palette, for some reason I only focused on her clothing instead. Image IPB

Yes! And I have to say, I like it, too. It adds a little more color. I think, if no one objects, we will go with that Image IPB

I hate twitter campaigns. Feels like harrassment to me. Do what you want, I won't take part if it makes me part of a mob.

Heh that's what it feels like to me, and they used to call me a "twitter master" or something  back in the day.  I think a backing of someone elses tweet would be better for you or, perhaps one tweet a week to a couple of developers? Could link to a thought out post here too.

It's all about what feels more comfortable to you while you get your thoughts out there to the developers

Well, we are serious about doing a Miranda fan book. A small group of us will handle the logistics (basically Vertigo, JB and myself), as that just makes it easier. But we will need a lot of support on contributions.

And that is where everybody else comes in Image IPB

I think this gesture is the most resounding thing we can do.

So we will be looking for:

1) fanfic

2) fan art

3) essays + letters

More information coming soon, but for the moment: think about what you all might like to contribute!

Just letting everyone know that the group has been created and can be found here: social.bioware.com/group/7217/

Agreed, thanks Vertigo! It will be a convenient place to gather fic, letters and so on.

So did we get any news from PAX on Miranda or the LI's or... dare I say it.. the endings? I'm on college wi-fi and it's been spotty for a month, so I'm sorry I'm asking for so many updates and questions...and sorry that I haven't been able to participate in many discussions. Medical school is hard work...

PAX East had PR damage control all over it. Pre-selected questions by Preistley prevented any questions pertinent to, you kno, Bioware's mistakes. From the live blog I saw, the only mention of Miranda referred to the rendering of real life faces in the game.

Only via questioning the devs (Weekes) after the panel did it yield any new information (in general): social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/355/index/11154234

Dr. Doctor said he was going to chat with Weekes today I believe, I hope he got something for us:huh:

EDIT: You are welcome

No need to apologize, quite the opposite Image IPB

It will be interesting to see if Dr. Doctor can get a little Miranda-related chatter going.

Well, in the worst case they won't answer a thing to Doc, but in the best of the worst maybe he'll come with something of his well appreciated banter regarding the situation xD.

No comment on ME3 Miranda. However, the "It seems like a betrayal" line on the Collector Base was written by Mac Walters.

Yes, I believe he was asked about it at one point in a tweet. He explained that desperate times call for desperate measures, just ask Shepard, or something along those lines.

Weekes would have written the non-crit stuff, so romance, LM, etc.

Too bad about no comment on ME3 Miranda. Did you get a chance to ask at least?

One question per person, but someone else asked about the ME2 LI's only to get the response that they're going to look at the book and the criticism offered by the fans and make improvements.

The Dark Horse Comics booth had a few interesting bits of info about the upcoming ME comics. They're going to be the untold stories of the entire Normandy crew. The stories being told don't involve Shepard and they're not going to be ones that were brought up in-game. Mac Walters is writing, but John Jackson Miller is doing the dialogue.

From what I understand it's Vega, Tali, Garrus and Liara unless they decided on more?

I sure hope Miranda gets one. Heck, I'd like to see a Jack or Kasumi one too. But it would be interesting to see something we weren't able to see in game. Here's hoping that Miranda's comic doesn't disappoint.

It would, definitely. As of now, I guess it's mostly likely the ME3 Normandy crew, but we'll see.

Not a huge comic fan but would have thought Miranda and her merry band of Ex-cerberus renegades would have made fun a nice oneshot comic. Guess that's mentioned in the game so that's out.

Why should it be? They could use the SB terminal e-mail as a hook to the events of the game and flesh things out in a comic.

Hey can I get in on this initiative and get some info on the timeline as well? Can contribute fic and/or snarky analysis.

This might finally motivate me to get some of my ideas in writing.

Of course. Ideally, fic and snarky analysis Image IPB
