I imagine Miranda being a workaholic and only grabbing some toast and lots of cups of coffee to get thru the morning

Oh and that she can't cook at all Image IPB

 VOTE, if you haven't!

http://social.biowar...7&poll_id=32368

I would if I can solve this (javascript:void(0)) error I am getting with bioware's forum.  I can't hit vote or join any groups because of it.  It happens with chrome, IE and Firefox.  I have no freaking clue what's wrong.  Windows 7... 64 bit might be the problem? Not sure. Oh well... off to play swtor shortly. :?

Mmmm... one big error in the future relationshipship of Shepard and Miranda: who's gonna cook?

I can't imagine Miranda cooking something, but I can imagine her ordering Shepard to do it.

Well being good at Art has its benefit's, I was so frustrated day dreaming the head cannon ending with Miri, and then I sat up, on my Tablet and completed, what I wanted the ending to be, and how it looked so here it is, just a 2 hour deviation
well you can see, Miri and shep in the sea, Ahhh Dream oN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!B)

Good picture. Tough, for some reason, I really can't picture Miranda relaxing on a beach. Whenever I try to imagine Miranda and Shepard's future together, what always comes to mind is a futuristic city with migthy human towers combined with curvaceous asari spirals with Miranda and Shepard standing on the tallest of all towers, looking down proudly both on the city and on the very first prototype of organic-created Mass Relays.

That makes me smile. Very beautiful. Lush without being devoid of civilization. Makes me immediately wish to to travel to world like that....and meet someone like Miranda there.

I agree that image is very fitting as symbolizing their future together in a general sense. But why couldn't they relax for a while in-between?

Oh I think she can. Moderately well anyway. It's a rather easy skill to learn after all. She just can't be bothered most of the time. Time's so much better spent with something really important. And why bother with cooking yourself if you can just order your food from some place where they do it better?

As for the future of their relationship: as a rule, nobody cooks for the aforementioned reason. Excepting the odd special occasion.

I can see it now. Miranda and Shepard starring in their own romantic comedy. Miranda tries to cook for Shepard. But Shepard gets food poisoned. :D

Yes, that's how I see it too. I don't like it when I read those fanfictions and Shepard actually considers settling down with Miri as a farmer!! <_<

In my mind, my Shepard is a very decent cook since he had to cook very often for himself and his little sister while his parents were working on the soil of Mindoir.

Well, we know that at least Aethyta suggested they build their own Mass Relays but she was ridiculed by the other Matriarchs for her trouble.
And then Thessia fell. Shows what they knew.

Not so much a Miranda screenshot as a Shepard one but I really like that option. I think it does a good job of painting them as equals.

I think she can cook just fine. But it's not a spectacle, or overly elaborate. Just something that gets the job done. If she wants fancy, that's what restaurants are for.
As for Miranda and Shepard, neither would have the time to cook drawn out meals.

I'm sure if Bioware planned any lines of dialogue for Miranda that they've already contacted her by now.  And I'm sure she let them know about her schedule.

In other words, if Bioware WANTS Yvonne to record, it will happen.  She won't be too busy.  Maybe a little expensive, but she'll be available in time.

Even with Everyone Speaking English in the Mass Effect Series, there is STILL a use of Universal Translators. I honestly do not know how they work. You hear perfect voices and not a Computer from other Races. It also seems like the Translator fools the mind: all mouths move with the English Language, there is no inaccurate Dubbing. It's been like this in Star Trek as well.

Translators can be installed in omni-tools, jewelery, clothing, or implanted under the skin. Governments provide subsidized translation software that constantly updates itself via the extranet. When the software picks up audio it will translate the speech in real-time and output the results either through audio or text. Shepard appears to use a sub-dermal translator, if you romanced Thane in ME2 she puts a had to her ear and says that her translator has glitched when he first calls her siha.

See the ME1 codex entry

Needed more "show" and less "tell." But I do like that aspect of the scene.

Anyone else think Miranda and TIM would've hooked up at one point?

Miranda was a young, impressionable woman on the run from her father, TIM was a charismatic billionaire with a casual swag that gave her life meaning and purpose, as she elaborated upon in ME2.

And with her spending time with him in close proximity,TIM's "Liaisons" and TIM's reluctance to have her killed... I think there was something "there" at one point.
