I haven't played much at all the last two weeks. I tried out the Spectre mod, but story wise I have had no motivation to play. I'll probably play a femshep that romances Kaidan though some time before the EC is released.

I can't make myself play anymore. As said by Yankee, the lack of miranda is just unbearable. Little details could've helped like frequent emails from her and a picture beside your bed. It's not hard is it ?

Nope, it would've been really easy. That's what makes it even more disappointing. I would've loved to download the picture mod but I play on Xbox, not PC.

I'm on my 6-7th playthrough. I've just...stopped talking to the squad except for Kaidan.

No point going back to campaign...can't believe I'm saying this for a MASS EFFECT game.

Same thing for me.
I though I wouldn't play MP very often but apparently I was wrong. I really can't play SP anymore, it's beyond my strength. I'm losing interest in what was my favorite game series.

Eh, the ME3 squad is the ME1 squad, just replace Wrex with James as the squad tank, and plus EDI and Javik.

Either way, my favorite is still ME2's.

In my case they are: KOTOR, MGS3, Ace Combat 5, Tales of the Abyss, Chrono Trigger and many others, but naming 5 it's fine for now.

Definitely. This was the first franchise I got into other than Kingdom Hearts, because I used to primarily play sports games. Now, I'm not sure I can bring myself to invest in another series (of course, I'm not sure I'll keep with the sports ones either since they're becoming geared more towards realism and that's not something I'm keen on).

I'll be skeptical, that's for sure. I'm never buying another Bioware game, I'm sure of it. Especially if this Extended Cut DLC comes out and attempts to answer 15 of the 438 plotholes and questions that the ending opened up, while keeping the inclusion of the Starchild.

I'm open for DA3, just because I like their dev team more than their ME team. DAO was amazing, and DA sounds fine, people dislike it because it was such a departure from DAO.

I don't think I've completed any game as many times as I have ME1/2/3. 5 or so ME1 playthroughs, 20+ for ME2, and around 12 or so for ME3.

GREAT! Because of a few "misunderstandings," I was unable to contribute My Miri Drawing in Visii's Projects. Dammit I SINCERELY Hope I can STILL be part of that Miri Fan Book. When is that Miri Fan Book Going to be done? What's taking so long? Honestly I'm tired of being left out! My Miri Drawing AND My Miri Dedication is just as Important as EVERYONE Else's.:crying::crying:

i have 17 playthroughs for ME1
20 for ME2
im on 5th for ME3 right now

Me 2 7..8 I lost count
Me 3 1....havent touched sp since first playthrough. Playing mp off and onin hope that EC is good, prolly wont be. MP is startibg to get old though. Cant play sp due to ending but also how frustrating it is with how they handled miranda, for reasons we have discussed to death, as well as other characters and things that me 2 and 1 did better like side missions etc, hub worlds and dialogue choices.

Here is what I want you to do. Gather screenshots of your favorite moments between Miranda and Shepard. Put those images in a collage, make it look nice, and send it to the LIA 2 project. Heck you can include text saying bioware these are the moments I loved . That will send bioware a message and will aide our cause. If your collage turns out half add good as your miranda art, it should be great.
Next, write a letter from sheps pov or 3rd person explaining why he loves miranda and what their relationship is like. This should be easy for you.just put why you like her as a shep li and say it as if shep was saying or thinking it. I mean have you not said that miranda is sheps one and only love? Well that line is perfect for the lia 2 project letters.
Next, submit your art work to the Miranda fan book , write a letter if you have not done so.
You got this man, dont let a miscommunication bring you down or stop you fromstriving towards the goal.

Damn, how did you manage 6-7 playthroughs without becoming borderline suicidal or at the very least becoming clinically depressed.

I got as far as Sur'kesh on my second playthrough, I gave up on that almost 3 weeks ago and have retired all of my copies of ME3 indefinetly.

The lack of Miranda is unbearable. I feel so emotionally disconnected to almost everyone on the Normandy.

I wrote a letter for the Miranda book group, wish I could write another one for the LIA project, but I don't think I can without wanting to kill Casey Hudson and Mac Walters. It was really hard being a little civil, I can't do it again.

Mass Effect 3 had everything to be better than ME2 since it took the best elements from the previous games, the XP point is better, the gameplay too, but the lack of decent side missions (those ones of recovering artifacts suck), no dialogue wheel for the most part of interaction with the crew, Thane's poor treatment and Miranda's lousy storyline made me completely dismotivated to keep playing. At least I'm enjoying the MP.

Despite ME3 being a huge disappointment for me I'll still likely get DA3 though I am wary. I loved DAO characters even more and DA2 was alright for me despite its flaws.

I think rather than pre-order again I will wait for the IGN review

So I finished my renegade/Mirimance playthrough, and I will say I did enjoy *what* Miranda content was in there. I mean, it would have been nice if she could have joined our squad or come on the ship (if you're running from Cerberus assassins, where is safer than on the Normandy with Shepard? Also, she would have had access to the Shadow Broker!). I especially think she should have joined up after the Horizon mission. Having said that, the cut-scenes we did get were pretty good and I really enjoyed their last talk. Plus, it's way easier to headcannon a happy ending with Miranda since she and shep are both still alive and on Earth(citidel?) in my playthrough (if EC changes that, I will be so angry). You can actually keep your word and find her afterwards (well, assume you did since we're shown NOTHING).


So yeah, while I really do hope they expand Miranda content (and would gladly throw my debit card at them for said DLC), I think she at least got a decent appearance in ME3. Certainly better than any of the other characters who weren't in ME1.
