6th screen...oh, that's from Jacob's romance scene. A user just replaced FemShep with Miranda.
There is a version of every character out there.

I sort of pictured that the "mutual acquaintance" that Jacob said introduced him to Dr. Cole was Miranda. But then again I maintain the theory that Miranda broke up with Jacob in order to keep him safe from the "TIM's top agent" side of her life. Brynn's a lot like Miranda, but unlike Miranda she's just a scientist and therefore a much safer option for Jacob.

But still, I don't see her reacting very well to Jacob's "I thought I'd never see you again" excuse. Angering Miranda isn't a good thing.

You know, I'm rather surprised Kai Leng doesn't have any taunts if he kills Miranda.
You'd think Bioware would do their best to drive that point home.

He didn't need any taunts for me. I still made it into my mission to kill him. When he killed Miranda in my first play through I went on a fragen vendetta. F the reapers that d#$%head is my most hated character. I replayed that fight 3x just to keep killing him.

Kai Leng was a missed opportunity, if you didn't read the novels you had no idea who the heck he was. If you did read the novels you wouldn't be able to stop laughing at him. While "That was for Miranda you son of a ****" after stabbing Leng was good, I'd have gone for the ultimate insult and have the Renegade interupt be Shepard impaling Leng on his own sword.

There wasn't a taunt about Thane either. I think they didn't want to add a plot variable to that email "just" on account of two ME2 LIs.

and then scrubbed it off her body, once the shoot was done

I second your Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Except maybe the chair part. Not that I wouldn't be fine with that. But my personal favorite scenario isn't really The Illusive Woman, because I don't really like the idea of Miranda's organisation being too much like TIM's.

So, I would ideally want her to be there (an absolute must, of course), but would actually prefer, symbolically, that she... redecorate, rather than just take the chair.

It's a little funny to note that she's wearing her DLC armor in the 'intimate side' screenshot while the professional side has her in her loyalty outfit...perhaps it should be the other way around?

I noticed that too.

I'd have Miranda's last shot be similar to her introduction. Standing with her back to the camera looking out at the star. But it's the blue star this time, which floods the room with its light.

There is, actually. It's one of his first lines during the fight on Thessia.

"Your friend Thane died like a coward!
Your friend Kirrahe died like a coward!
The salarian councilor is dead because of you!"

I wish Leng would taunt Shepard about Miranda and I wish Shepard could tell Leng about the tracer she planted on him. That and for Kai Leng to actually act like his book-self.

In the off chance that the Extended Cut gives us a reunion with our LI all I really want is a scene just like this. There doesn't have to be dialogue, just Shepard opening his eyes and Miranda being there. Plus, from a cinematic standpoint it would be a nice little callback to ME2.
