If you see a chance to join my game, probably wise to go ahead and take it. When my thumb is healed up and I start playing silver again my games always seem to drop a guy, making things so much harder usually. <_<

I'd definitly prefer miranda to have a more tactical,on the ground role than in a fighter. i just don't see her in a fighter. Also i just saw a thread about cut dialogues of ME2 characters in the end. I wounder if there is any of miranda.

And on that note Im gonna do a summary of the last few pages:

A: Most of us would prefer Miranda to be doing something tactical then flying in the final mission. Either leading a second squad or coordinating Hammer.
B: We either chose Miranda as our LI at the start of the game or after Horizon.
C: For alot of us Yvonne played a big part in why we like Miranda. And to a lesser extent so did Te so CHUCK.
D:We are all finally sharing Multiplayer tags. Which means Team Miranda will be out in force kicking @ss

I could actually buy DA3 if BW shows Miranda coordinating Hammer and kicking some ass on the ground on the extended cut DLC. A reunion scene wouldn't hurt either.

I made those videos back when we talked about the ME2 squad on the battlefield and no, there's no audio for Miranda (aside from vidlog stuff) like there is for Grunt, Jack, Zaeed and Jacob.

That would be cool, yeah. ME3 (or DA2 for that matter) wouldn't necessarily make me less likely to buy a future Bioware game, but ME3 in particular will make me very wary of getting invested in a series again.

Either is certainly possible. Does Samara have lines? Her content was definitely affected by the crunch/line budget according to her writer.

No she does not.  I checked everyone's endgame files.  The only ones that do are Zaeed, Jacob, Grunt, Jack and Geth Prime (combat).

And I'm betting on what Skull said before about cutting that option out before she did her lines (I imagine she did hers late due to Chuck)

I love DA:O, but I can't like DAII, it's just so awful, but it wasn't enough to make me dislike the company. And then came ME3 and it totally ruined my faith in BW, I don't believe the company will ever b the same ever since the rEApers bought it.

And I agre with you, I won't be invested in a game series anytime soon. First Crapcom screwed with the RE franchise with Resident Evil 4 and 5 and now ME3, which I was highly antecipating, is nothing more than a mediocre game.

same here. I am also afraid they will focus too much on the squadmates again, leaving Miranda etc. unmentioned. 

I don't really know if that's my honest analysation of the odds, or my new gained msitrust towards BioWare speaking here...

Well, there's a bit of an issue, I think, with the overall direction. They're not really making roleplaying games anymore. The games are trying to be more like... (somewhat) interactive movies with action-oriented gameplay.


What are the problems? I think they are:

1) From a gameplay standpoint, Bioware's games are pedestrian at best, very subpar at worst. They are so far behind that I doubt this will ever be the developer's strength.

2) A big chunk of the core audience wants roleplaying games, they don't just want to watch a movie with the occasional interactive moment.

Those are at least two major ones.

I'm not expecting much from it. Largely because its main focus is "clarification" of the endings, and Miranda and the other ME2 characters are not directly involved there. There are some possibilities, I suppose. Possibly in an epilogue sort of thing. But if we do eventually hear more from Miranda, I don't think the Extended Cut is the most likely place for it.

Seriously, I wish Bioware integrated the choice of having Shepard love both of them. I mean he won't be with one of them specifically, but just that he can't choose cause he loves them both so decides to be alone. (Of course this won't be my canon)

Okay, don't call me a tool. I'm a fan of tragic storylines, since I write plays on the sidelines. One can only dream.
