I think it's something she does when she's uncomfortable.

No idea though, she isn't the only person who does it.

Seems like it.  Yeah, I caught Liara doing that in Shepard cabin showing off that time capsule. 

Jacob does it during his hologram talk on Earth, IIRC.

What I find interesting is that both Miranda and her father have cuts on their face in the same places. I'm wondering if they had a struggle or something or they were just close enough to get shattered pieces from the glass when Oriana tried to shoot him? Still would have loved to see that confrontation scene. Grrr...

From listening to the sounds. Sounded like some biotics being used then the gun shots? In a crime investigation they'd ask people, how many shots were fired. *laughs*

Also from some earlier posts about Henry keeping the genetic stuff to himself... gee if he was all about making his mark in history you would *think* he'd use his genetic research or "biotics" or "designer babies" (which Miranda essentially is) to help humanity. Maybe he did and that's why's he so RICH? Yeah, still don't get how he's the richest guy in the galaxy... if he keeps all the research to himself.

They really needed to develop him a little more, I think.

To bad this wasn't a television series or something. They could expand the crap out of all these wonderful character. What a shame.

Miranda and Henry probably did have a confrontation. I'm just sure that Bioware made us miss out on it. Shepard got there AFTER the scene, most likely. Just like we never got to see Miranda and Kai Leng fight each other...

That would require too much work on their part? My first time playing that scene I was actually worried for Miranda but it all fizzled out in the end. My expectations meeting him (and for me3) were too high it seemed. Total let down. Game is too depressing to even want to play it.

Given the in-game context, I don't think an extended confrontation with Henry would have been feasible. Shepard comes in right after Henry takes Oriana as a meat shield. If both Shepard and Miranda were there before, it would be as simple (but still just as disappointing) as Shepard shooting Henry, or Miranda hitting him with biotics.

Seeing Kai Leng and Miranda fight would have been awesome, but it would make me feel terrible. I'm watching the two of them duke it out in a gladiatorial deathmatch instead of going to save her.

Yes!  I loved the banter between Liara and her "dad". I facepalmed with Shepard said that... "Nobody messes with my girl."  OH God!  You're with Miranda you idiot!!!    I liked the friendship path(if that's what it was with Shepard and Liara) but I swear I was really anxious Liara would ninja romance him.

And now with that gift at the end... I don't know!

Well my shepard did in me1 but chose Ash instead. *laughs* "Can't I have you both." funny!   Yeah, Shep got the "boyfriend" line too... Shepard and Liara weren't together.  but I think it was because he didn't seal the deal with Miranda in her room yet. *laughs*

I noticed that if Shepard is only romancing Miranda and nobody else there is some changes in dialogue between Ash and Liara. The one line Shepard says, "I never get to surprise you with anything." (to Liara at the cafe on the citadel) I thought that was cute but wasn't in my other only Miranda run. I quit playing a little bit after that part. I think I was rushing the game a lot...

Isn't the romance flagged as active after the first conversation? It shouldn't be necessary for the hotel room scene if that's the case.

We don't know if she arrived at Horizon before, after or during the Reaper attack.

And, when did her fight with Leng or the "confrontation" with her father happens. We see a video of her being ambushed by Kai Leng, however this happens before she ever encounter Henry or Oriana.

So,.we have to think that they fought in some random room, and they made their way to the tower in the middle of the fight, then they continued the fight in front of Henry and Oriana until Leng's spider sense tells him to run right before Shepard arrives.

Ehh... who the hell wrote that mission?

That was actually kind of funny.  The bachelor party.  I only got conrad to show up once and have no freaking clue how that happened.  Kind of took me by surprise being he was buggy and all in some game imports.

Never did see Conrad or Kelly in ME3... guess they dead.

It's implied she got there before the Reapers did. "Things got difficult when Reapers showed up... And Kai Leng."

I always sort of thought the terminals were livestreaming. No real reason why, I just did.

She could have planted the tracer on him before she got to Oriana though, there's no real reason to think otherwise.

You're guess is as good as mine. I have no idea why... but I think that locks it in for sure... Ashley totally ignores shepard and is appalled at him if he tries to be comforting... like at Ashley's sister funeral she litterly rolled her eyes and freaks at Shepard trying to touch her hands.


I even made Javik apologize to Liara.   Shepard's too nice but then ****es at Joker.

Someone who was rapidly running out of time. They ran into a resource crunch around that time and it really shows, I wouldn't really mind having the Extended Cut come out in 2013 if it meant the team went back in and took the time to make a good third act sort of like CD Projekt's work with The Witcher: Enhanced Edition.

Leng could have went to Henry first, and encountered Miranda later. There's no timestamp, and Henry never says WHEN Kai Leng took the data, IIRC.

I still think Miranda's a badass for surviving that encounter. (Not that she wasn't already )
