The art I have requested from Asakawa are for a side project. I have not asked any artist for help regarding my sanctuary story.
On that note I have the infiltration phase pretty much done I should have it posted to the site by tomorrow night.

just got one of these and i'm crazy to use it!



it's not as fancy as this model exactly, but it will be a charm to do manual inking!........ which I suck, but that's exactly the reason why I bought that anyway.

So, I'm reading the texts, fics, all kinds of things and i'm getting quite pumped and already planning what to do. This weekend I'll take lots of photos for references. Let's get those projects up and running, guys!!

there's a little trick using the dragon age character creator for pc, there's a tutorial somewhere at bsn. a quick search will do =)

Replayed Sanctuary, and is it just me or did someone actually take the "Miranda is socially awkward" portion of her LOTSB dossier and expand upon it? I get that there's a upper limit for public displays of affection in ME, but something other than an added line for the romance would have been nice.

Well, it's awkward. But mostly because they are trying to make something happen which is really implausible and kind of unjustifiable, i.e. Miranda just leaving at that point.

I agree that more affection should have been shown, of course. Also in the first dialogue. But mostly I would want an interrupt or something for Shepard to be more demonstrative. From Miranda's point of view, she did just kill her father and is a bit wounded, so I would expect a little...   reserve.

Agreed. It's among the most awkward scenes in the game.

Yeah, it bothers me more than the later scene, really, just because the ambiance is so different in Sanctuary. Granted, we don't see much, but it's supposed to be a death camp, and the father has just been killed, etc.

But in the first meeting, there are no such circumstances.

in B case, Shepard should live in Tibet for 7 years and start a new Monk class, coz he is SO okay with that....

That's the impression I had with every romance actually. VS, Liara, Tali and Garrus are like the canon romance-options, while all the others are just sidekicks. I felt like the game never expected anyone to actually go for ME2-squadmates.
Prime example is Miranda here: How her break-up and death are so well worked out, while all the positive outcomes all lack spark and performance, makes me mad.

I have a picture request for a good artist, its something you may even have fun drawing. I was thinking of a picture of Shepard and Miranda entering the main part of Cronos Station and meeting the Illusive Man's hologram.
In the instance of the picture, I was thinking of TIM making a threat to Miranda for her betrayal so Shepard puts his arm around her for comfort/protection. I have Sheploo in mind for this.
I suck at drawing, so if anyone wants to attempt it, go for it. I'd just love to see the finished product.
