Admittedly, it is still objectively odd that her participation was never really acknowledged, except in an EA press release accompanying the VA video. (Carrie-Ann Moss was the same way.) Obviously, it's a moot point now. But those two are certainly well-known enough in general, and especially by genre fans, that it doesn't really make sense. I think there was a featurette on Moss/Aria even for ME2. Probably scheduling or something contractual, I guess. *shrug*

Their both featured in the me2 collectors DVD. And they were both doing the final season of CHUCK while me3 was being made so that probably kep them busy. Also Yvonne doesn't tweet alot in general so keep that in mind.

Actually, like I've said... if Strahovski won't do any voice acting then a scene of her finding Shepard and a kiss would make my lil ol' heart stop beating.

I agree if for some reason we can't get a full dlc. That secene would do.

Finally about the twitter stuff I want to say it was gamble but it may have been Ackland. But there is a possibility of the ME2 squadmates getting into the second wave of the "HomeWorlds" comics. It depends on how well this first group sells and who the fans ask for.

Let's wrap this discussion, ok? You think it's normal for a person to decide out of nowhere he's been in love with someone for three years, I say it's not. No reason to dwell on that or for you to claim it's prejudice of people who agree that the Kaidan s/s romance didn't feel natural.

Yep let's wrap it. No reason to dwell on something everyone can see - it's only an issue because it's 2 guys, the fact that no one complained about Tali proves it. You know it yourself, but it's of course a different thing admitting it. Bye!

Has anyone tried tweeting Yvonne showing our support yet? Though sometimes it feels as if she doesn't particularly care about ME. She used to constantly tweet about Chuck and I don't think I ever saw her tweet anything about Mass Effect.

@Ares91, I take what we can get. A Miranda Home Wolrd comic would be awesome without the budgets problem. Let's just hope that if it does come out, Walters won't be the one write her.

Might be an interesting possibility. We will have to keep tabs on that Image IPB

She cares, she already asked for people's opinion about ME3.
I responded there was too few Miranda in ME3 and I also said thank you for her very good VO work.

I've talked to a lot of fans and they get the feeling that she's not really into ME because she thinks most of us see her as this sex symbol so she tends to just stray. Come on, it's not like she didn't play a hottie in her other roles? It's sad that I've conversed with Jack and Liara's V.A but not my true love's!!! :crying:

Also, I wouldn't be satisfied with just a Home World comic because that's still not an epilogue and we won't get to #FindMiranda. I prefer having Miranda content after the ending because seriously what's the point if she's still out there... lost and waiting to be found?

Yeah Im sure her interviews on G4 and the Lateshow about the game didnt help. Which is why i think sending Yvonne a copy of the Miranda book mya be a good idea, or just showing her our support via twitter.
To show her we dont just think of her character as "Dat Ass":police:

I agree with you, her character on Chuck was also suppose to be a femme fatale of sorts. But if that's the problem, maybe we should start showing her that's not the case. Someone suggested on the fanbook group that we send her a copy of the book and I think that's a great idea.

Blame this stupid G4TV journalist ..

But I think she knows all players are not like that and some care about the character and appreciate her work as a VA.

And she talks more about Chuck because this show is a very important part of her life, and this is the main reason why she has so much fans. Watch the Season 5 dvd bonus, you'll understand.

I think Strahovski would definitely appreciate it if us fan girls send her pictures of ourselves cosplaying Miranda or drawing her or what not to show her that she has women fans who appreciate her character as well. :D

Would'nt you like to know? lol

I have two my ME account and my CHUCK/personal account.

Yeah I know....lol I signed up on twitter for 2 reasons:
1 to support the ME3 fanbase with the ending and DLC.   2 support the CHUCK fanbase with the CHUCKmovie.  Oh and to follow Yvonne I <3her

I second that.  CHUCK is why shes in the states in the first place she was in some shows in Australia but Chuck made her famous.
Also I Hate you for having the Chuck SE5 dvd already....

Showing your support for the character is a good idea, but don't forget to compliment her for her work as a VA.

I don't mean to sound rude but if it were me, the fanbook might creep me out a bit (and I contributed!). I'm not sure if she ever considered the role as a major one. I could be wrong.

Some kind of personal message saying that you really appreciated her work and thought she did a wonderful job in bringing the character to life would be my approach.

I agree. I'll send her my support, tell her how much I appreciate her work on Mass Effect. Though that's the best I can do, I can't do anything artistic or have what it takes to cosplay as her.

@hot_heart OK true so maybe we send in a modified version? Take out the creepy stuff.
OR just send a bunch of letters "saying that you really appreciated her work and thought she did a wonderful job in bringing the character to life" if we do the letters should we send it all at once or when ever?

I also think it's the best way to show our support.
Even if I think she cares and is very interested in the characters she plays (she likes to give her opinion about Sarah's personality, and she pictured Miranda's character very well during her ME2 interviews)

Yeah, I'm just not sure how invested she was in the character. I think a collection of letters with that sort of 'professional' sentiment is a good idea.

As dissapointing as it may sound... I agree. She seems to see this role as a sideline voiceover for some video-game.
It would defnitely be a suprise for her... either in a positive way for great fan feedback, or in a negative little creepy way...:?

I second this, it's not like I was thinking that we'd send her a fan book of erotic fan fiction and art. That's for our pleasurable viewing, not hers  Okay, I'm kidding... I don't want you guys to think I'm such a lady perv or anything. I'd like to tweet her as well but I don't know what to say except "I love you Miranda, come back!" Apparently, someone is still hung-up about Shepard's promise. :(

Also, I see the same people tweeting the hashtag. Let's get it trending and gain awareness! Ask your friends to tweet it, whether they love or hate her lol.

It's funny how Krista Hauser, one of the leading figures in Hold The Line, started the campaign to save Chuck. Yet, we still can't get a hold of Strahovski. She only managed to get to Adam Baldwin.
