FYI, people: Weekes said it's all but impossible - technically - to add a general-use squadmate through DLC (I wonder how they made Kasumi for ME2, though. Perhaps it's just that ME3 has so many more places where squadmates have spoken lines). So our campaigning should better aim at having her on an extra mission. Or on one existing mission (*cough* Cronos Station *cough*).
Also next to impossible aparently:
twitter.com/#!/PatrickWeekes/status/199923066334216193
"Is it possible for DLC to add Miranda or Jack onto Cronus or would it be better for them to be in a dif mission dlc?"
"But really, next to impossible to add them to mission. Would essentially be redoing whole mission logic"
furthermore...
twitter.com/#!/PatrickWeekes/status/199923223717097473
"If we see Miranda or Jack again, it would likely have to be in some new area, for tech reasons."
I dont see why they can't, if the make it a payble DLC like Shadow Borker or Kasumi's thing. I played without Javik on my first playthrough. I would pay to have Miranda and a few ME2 favorites if they just add on a new mission then add on a better final Miranda love scene. I mean wasn't that the idea anyway to add new missions and charcters to the storyine to build Shepards legend? Hate to say it again but after Sacntuary and she heals up there is not reaosnable excuse she should not be in Earth with Shep and the Alliance if she is the love intrest
Here is a question, would it it improve the Miranda situation if she was still not a squadmate but after Sanctuary they add a Shepards cabin final love scene before assulting the Illusive mans base. Then she is there for a final farewell physically on earth if she is your main lover? Or is squadmate nessesary?

I wanted to put a #FindMiranda tag but was not creative enough. I included Jack because she had a reason to be there as well, remember Weekes said DLC probably would not focus on one character, all fan groups needed to have one voice so I chose the two that had the most reason to be there.

If i had a proper romance scene and a physical farewell, then yea it would've improved alot on mirandas situation. Squadmate isn't a must to me, as long as there is good dialogue and satisfactory romance, i can live with it, But squadmate is the best outcome of course.akenn312 wrote

Well, to hasard a guess, I imagine that adding Miranda to Cronos station, for example, would require a very significant amount of VA and redesigning of the level (so that Miranda's presence would have some purpose other than simple participation, which it should), yet it wouldn't really add much to the game in terms of additional content (which is the point of DLC).
Whereas, if you create a new, Miranda-specific level, you can add much more attractive new DLC content with roughly the same investment. The same would be true of other characters, like Jack, for example. Hence why a new area is more likely, I would imagine.
Not that we should necessarily stop talking about Cronos station, because you never know, but a new level could be really cool and potentially better, honestly, depending on how it was handled.

So basically it might be a good idea for all ME2 fans to all join forces rather than campaigning for their individual characters to be improved through DLC. So Miranda, Jack & Grunt fans should all be campaigning together for a ME2 DLC mission. Jacob probably has no chance though so leave him out.
I was talking to Jack fans about doing a collaboration. I love those two

Well, it's great to see the energy. I think that, if we are persistant, we can get a more worthy farewell mission for these characters.

I'm starting to think the best way to get more Miranda content is to still keep sending in pro Miranda letters, but all ME2 fans could start calling for a ME2 survivors mission DLC. Placed before the asssult on the Illusive mans base but after sanctuary. Then obviously Miranda and Jack and other ME 2 members that have survived would be temporary squadmates without messing with the main story then Miranda gets her improved love scene and then Jack can get laid...well at least before Shepard bites it. All you would have to add is some voice acting.
I would pay for that in a heartbeat.

At the end of the day, it's the devs who will need to work out how exactly a DLC with those characters would work. We can talk about what we would like to see, but the nuts and bolts are out of our hands.

This is my last concept art relating the comic, well this is the (good-looking one), I have like 50 sketches.
what crutch, really wanted was this place to feel Ancient, creepy and alien.
so, we ended up agreeing to give the planet and its structures, a feeling like "its been through hell"
the reapers were here, and look what they did.
this part of the Deviation focuses on an abandoned and destroy facility, its really huge. However like crutch mentioned, me before I added overgrown trunk, veins and canopies to the environment. showcasing the changes due to the weather and natural life, as for the moon-star, it was an inspiration from the sunset in the north pole.
And I have some surprise's coming up soon for Miranda fans, lets say its 25% completed, but ill try my level best to post it as soon as possible.

Well, I agree, of course, that our best bet is continued support of not only Miranda, but ME2 characters overall.

Good point, just keep it simple as a want for a DLC but be specific on wanting some type of mission involing the surviving ME2 charcters and adding better last chance romance endings for those surviving ME2 characters.
That might work. We may have a good chance for this.

Hey, Yesika, congrats on the Jack fans alliance and for getting Kaidan fans to come up with their own hashtag, now we just need to get that alliance with Thane fans going. But right now the fanbook group is a little down, maybe you could make a topic on the discussion of the #FindMiranda group.

Well, I've only talked to some fans for Jack... so far no one is responding to me from the BSN thread. However, Yes! Mission success for the Kaidanites issue and also I was approached by Tali fans and they wanted to do posters and their own version of Shepard's plea as well. Damn, I haven't replied to the girl from the Thane thread! I will do so tonight
Lastly, thanks for the support and congratulations Babi!

@cbutz How does that confirm we won't get any cronos station stuff? I defiantly dont think we should abandon the cronos fight.
As for joining up with other me2 character fanbases. The Thane people just contacted us like 2 days ago. If your all willing we have an ally willing to fight. A very very LARGE ally I might add. If you guys want I'll contact them and see what we can do.
