It's too bad Miri didn't have those Outfits instead of EDI. They would have been similar to her original outfits, but they would hav different parts and, of course, no Cerberus Logo. I can see Miri wearing them.

It is called such in "The Art of the Mass Effect Universe" and the three women we see wearing them were previously affiliated with Cerberus.
It's the Cerberus female officer uniform. It looks bloody ridiculous but I won't go there.

The idea that quote is meant to imply sounds monumentally stupid.

But basically at the time of the Mars mission Shepard had seen precisely one person in that catsuit, making the point moot.

Eva could just share Miranda's very unique sense of "fashion" or she could be a Cerberus officer.

Maybe the fashion magazine Miranda bought was, in fact, material for a Cerberus operation. With every woman in the galaxy wearing the same dress, the asari must be making a fortune.
