Eh, it's not bad.
What the other Marvel movies get right, this one gets Very Right. The story is still attrocious and most of the characters are cardboard cutouts, tough.

edit: Major props to the final battle scene. It was orgasmic even if I had zero clue who they were fighting.

But, of course, that would require making at least two completely distinct scenes. One where she was warned, one where she wasn't.

they finally gave Nat some Nat personality, coz in Iron Man 2 i was really mad at the writers team!

and yeah, i thought the same when watching that scene.

^This. In order for me to ever seriously consider Destroy, BW would have to make 3 changes: (1) EDI doesn't die, (2) the Normandy doesn't flee and subsequently get stranded outside the system and (3) it would have to be possible to reach 4k EMS without MP.

Well, from a physical standpoint Nat's been physically enhanced by the KGB. She has enhanced strength, agility, reflexes, hearing and vision, in addition to a greatly extended lifespan (She's actually 70, but looks just like a woman in her twenties). Pretty much she has the Marvel equivalent of Miranda's tailoring minus the whole "engineered from the ground up part"

Both Nat and Miranda are highly competent tacticians. Miranda has experience heading up the Lazarus Project along with the SM, in ME3 she leads a team of ex-Cerberus commandos. Nat in the comics has on a few occasions lead SHIELD and the Avengers.

Both of them are incredibly dangerous women who are willing to go to any lengths to protect the people they care about. Remember how Miranda said she thought about breaking in to see Shepard? After her boyfriend is framed by the Russian government and thrown into a gulag the Black Widow manages to locate and launch a rescue attempt (only to find that Bucky's managed to set the place on fire by himself.)
