I chose Synthesis as my ending.

Destroy is the worst option but... I really wish I could pick it. I hope the IT turns out to be true.

How is the worst option? Synthesis, in my opinion, shouldn't even be in the game. There's nothing in the game that help it make sense to the player and it forces physical changes to every living thing and sapient synthetic in the galaxy without their permission.....and while it sounds cliche/childish/casual/lame, Shepard also dies in that option. I was insulted that they actually marketed a "perfect" ending where Shepard dies....

The Reapers are all for self preservation... (Just heard this in the game...ME3 Between EDI and Shepard.) You can guess which one they *reapers* want you to choose?

Sorry but they are going to Reaper hell. No way they are sticking around to cause more chaos and hell for the galaxy. Down you go b******! :)

EDI even says she will put down her life to save Jeff. She has no problem with dying and neither did Legion. :)

I don't like Synthesis as well. I hate all the endings, mostly because they were rushed and the writing is a real clusterf@#k.

Choosing Destroy will kill all the geth, kill EDI, destroy all the mass relays and the Citadel. It might even kill all the quarians too. You send the galaxy into a technological dark age. Sure, one day the galactic civilizations will recover but if the Starchild's "logic" is right (which we have to assume it is, for whatever reason), the synthetics will eventually come and wipe out all the organics -- which makes this ending option a complete failure. What's the point in using it? You don't end up saving organics, at best you only end up delaying their inevitable destruction.

Also, if it's possible to not wipe out the Reapers, then I think that's what I'll accept. The Reapers have existed for millions and millions of years, they contain the history and knowledge of so many civilizations they wiped out. If you destroy the Reapers, then all of that history and knowledge will be gone with them.

Synthesis prevents organics from getting wiped out. Yes, you can argue that it's mass molestation, but that's better than the incoming mass extermination.

Synthesis doesn't seem to be that bad. I'm guessing it will increase everyone's life expectancy, make everyone much more intelligent, etc.

I keep seeing that statement on the Interwebs from some fans....Unless I missed something in the Codex, where is this stated? That Reapers "contain" the history of previous civilizations? All we know is they liquefy organics and make them into Reapers. I'm sorry but there is no reason why the Reapers should continue "living", if we can even call it that.

Why do we have to assume the Starchild's logic is right? He said it himself "my solution doesn't work, but here's something else".....he's not trustworthy at all. And while the destroy ending destroys the Mass Relays, so does the Synthesis ending. In all the endings, the galaxy is farked, but at least there are no more LIVE Reapers.

Honestly, I really don't see how the last 5-10 minutes of the game can be discussed and debated properly.

The writing is just so god-awful, so many things don't make any damn sense. It's not worth wasting time on it.

According to Legion in ME2, the Reapers are "billions of organic minds, uploaded and conjoined within an immortal machine body. "Each a nation"". Also the Catalyst says the Reaperized species are preserved. I conclude that if you destroy the Reapers, you also destroy all these minds and the history and knowledge of intelligent organic life in the galaxy back to the time when the first Reaper was created.

That, of course, raises the question: "Why are they doing this, then?" I have suggested that they are mind-controlled by the Catalyst.

The problem: most players never get that line from Legion, because you only get it after the SM and it isn't the first conversation, so you need one or two open assignments to get there.

Looks rather nice. But I'd tell Miranda not to color her hair because I like it better in its natural black. ;)

The scene is beautiful, Aliqaiser. But I think this time the face hasn't come out quite right. A little too flat and un-Miranda-like. And the fighters (?) flying above look too much like mini-Reapers

Holy crapola.

This thread is still alive?!! BTW, do you guys think that Miranda will get any exposure in the Extended Crap-I mean, Cut DLC?

P.S. Our old buddy Joe Ducreux is no longer with us due to him refusing to buy ME3. Damn the game authentication...now BSN just lost one of its funnymen.

Edit: I also have a crapton of images mocking Bioware's claims about how the game was 'not rushed' if you want 'em.

edit - I really enjoyed the helmet colors. I guess I'll do that on my helmet, it needs a new coat (I use my own helmet as a base for the drawing, haha! XD)

Sorry bro, something's different there XD
Face is actually quite different. I know you lightened up the lines, but  it got a little lost here and there in the process.

I'm not as a pro when it comes to Miranda's comic style as Ieldra said, but I try, I try  So if possible, i'd like to keep the original on this one, but thanks for offering the help, I appreciate.

As for the drawing, i like the color work. But I'd keep the traditional loyalty suit style =)
