What she did in ME2 was in the name of Cerberus, and Miranda's ex-boss is still on the Citadel at this point, as an enemy. I think they will accept her help after she offered Shepard the location of Cronos Station on a plate, given how desperate the situation is, but I don't think it's a foregone conclusion that they'll trust her.Yannkee wrote...

I can't really agree with the second part. It's still Alliance and I don't believe they trust a ex-Cerberus agent far enough to let her plan any movement there.Vertigo_1 wrote...
I don't see her as full time but the email + that turret section makes for a great entrance. And there's no need to change the lines either (except one or two)
I'd also like to think she came in with sword group (after her missions against Cerberus) to assist with ground movement planning (IMO everyone should have been there helping in one way or another)
Seriously, stop with this "ex Cerberus" thing. After all she's done as the Lazarus project director and during ME2, and after what she has to endure during ME3, the Alliance should beg her to join them.
Why the alliance would trust the Blue Suns, the Bloodpack, the Eclipse and even the Batarians, and not Miranda ?
Nice. I like it. There have been discussions of Miranda's role in the Hammer or Sword forces, and if that would be the best way to use her skills, but that doesn't matter as I see it. As you said, it captures the imagination, and such a scene is way more interesting than seeing her discussing some fine points in tactics at a meeting of the military staff.Vertigo_1 wrote...
Alright, so this is what I'm working on.
Comic that retells the story of the FOB base except you'd see Miranda with Shepard (and not via holo)
Scenes go like this:
Scene1: Shepard is at the turret area shooting down waves of Reapers (same as in the game)
Scene2: You see the part where ships swoop in and take out the rest of the pack.
Scene3: Shepard looks back as the ships circle around and land nearby
Scene4: As he approaches the pilots come out of their ships
Scene5: He sees a familiar face holding a helmet in her right hand.

Thoughts?
I've been scribling this for sometime now (since the Fanbook was announced)
And yeah that email really got my imagination going =D

Ok, so after a few hours with Autodesk Inventor I've got this:
It still needs the Cerberus logo and a few refinements to where the opening for the camera is but it's looking pretty good.
After all, Alliance is still a military organization in the most risky battle ever. Cerberus is simialr to alQaeda. Now would the US-army trust ex-alQuaeda to guide American soldiers through the field?Vertigo_1 wrote...
Yeah, if they were smart they'd work together with her...argueing seems counterproductive when there's Reaper forces all around and how grim things are looking. A brilliant tactition would be welcome I think.

...if that particular Miranda wouldn't have revived the most important asset for humankind, the human who made this counter-attack even possible. Would rely on the court how that turns out...jtav wrote...
A RL Miranda would rightly be looking at spending the rest of her life in prison.

Turning her into the 2IC was stupid and pointless. As long as she was just a talented operative, her ME2 made sense. She's no different from Brynn. But she's an accident away from dealing with a Teltin or Akuze herself. So how can she be so ignorant and so antithetical to the organization's culture? I'd expect TIM's successor to be just as ruthless and completely unconcerned with collateral damage as he was.

Shepard jumping out of a cake on Miranda's birthday

I just had an idea. If someone does provide me a model of Shepard jumping out of a cake with a surprised Miranda. I can sketch an advertisement with a tagline that goes like: "Everyone deserves to have more birthday celebrations. #FindMiranda"

Ha, well, not bad. I was mostly kidding with my suggestion, but hey, whatever works
