Joe, I doubt that she finds out, but why in the world would you do that?

LOL I started to put: inb4 why would you want to? in my post.

I've never done it and was thinking of checking it out.

Thanks to you and jtav, by the way.

Since Allers is considered a "light romance" like Kelly was in ME2, I don't think she'll impact the romance status with another LI, at least not Miranda or Jack. Don't know about the ones who are on your ME3 squad.

I doubt it. Miranda never comments on any other romances or squad members.

I'm insane. Just tweaked some things for Matt and will be running through with Miranda again. I need professional help.

Nah, that's actually one of the most sane things you've ever saidImage IPB

Hmm that got me thinking, maybe people who value characters over the world aren't all wrong. If ME3 had more Miranda time, even if it was all fluff I might actually go through the SP again and just alt-f4 before the holokid. It's not a particularly beneficial attitude since that's part of what allows bull**** like the ending to continue existing but...

Damn those troublesome human emotions.

On a lighter note, Cerberus may have become Space N*zis but man do they make all teh cool ****! Phoeneix Adept is indescribably badass.

Well as it stands I wouldn't want to play through again anyway even if the ending were different.  I don't care about anyone on the Normandy except Joker, maybe.  And Garrus.

Throw in more Miranda and I have a reason to keep coming back.

Not more than I am. I ran Cyrus throught ME1 three times, through ME2 three times and through ME3 two times to get him right. What are you changing? And will you write any more about Matt and Claire/Miranda?

Look at the bright side. At least you found someone on the Normandy to give a damn about.

Whenever I complete a mission, it feels like I'm surrounded by people I despise.

What's so funny about this that got you laughing so hard? It's true, Yesika told me she was leaving dtrain in charge while she was way. He's got all the contacts necessary, she should be emailing him soon about another group related task and so on.

Oh no, I'm just surprised! Hmm, that never came up in our discussions via Skype, we usually talk there about group stuff (ideas on what to do next, etc) as I'm working on the poster and stuff hah
But thanks for letting me know :wizard:

Wow! What a great way to respond to others! :wizard:
You must not know what I've been up to lately it seems

Okay, fair enough.
I just thought the "LOL wut" was uncalled for. Thing is, I wouldn't be making the statement if it wasn't true. But I'm also going to rely on my fellow officers to help push the project forward. I'll admit I maybe got a bit mad, but what you did was also a bit uncalled for.
Also, adding people on Skype then deleting them 2 minuets later to mess with them?
I just didn't like the sign of disrespect in front of the whole board, so I snapped a bit.
But I'd be willing to call a truce and dump the water under the bridge if you are. I'd still be willing to work out a friendship if you are, as well. Your call. Once again, I apologize if you can return it.

Garrus and Sam, maybe Joker. The rest can go spit. The only reason I let Ashley on board is so I can yell at her when she has her hangover.... Not that I'm feeling vindictive. Much.

As you can tell by my icon, I care about Ash. Sam & EDI too.

Liara's okay (heck I have a Shep that romanced her and my do another one that does).

Garrus I liked in the first two games. In ME3, he never shuts up, so I kind of soured on him.

Joker, well sometimes I like him, sometimes I blame him for getting my Sheps spaced because he was too stupid/stubborn to go to the escape pods when he was supposed to (though a couple of my Sheps owe him for that as they wouldn't have been reunited- in Thomas' case- or become friends with Miranda otherwise).

Tali, I have no real opinion on, but her fans make me dislike her a bit.

James tends to irritate me, but while Ash is in the hospital, he's good at filling in on missions (though sometimes I wish Miranda would've taken his spot- but like I've said plenty of times, at least she doesn't end up stranded on Planet Deliverance).

Javik I probably like the least out of anybody on the ship.

Guys, something has been rustling with my jimmies. On Cronos, when you listen to the logs, one with kai leng and TIM, one of them mentions miranda. Here is what they say:
TIM: Fo now sanctuary gave us proof of concept for controlling the reapers
KL: And made it a target, Miranda Lawson
Could you explain me the dialogue, i don't quite understand

I actually sort of like Javik. Huh.
I really don't like Liara because of the way she sort of forces you into a romance with her. James is good for missions but I don't love his character that much. He's always guilty of insubordination. Tali, I tend to dislike her more than like. I really like Garrus though, he's like a bro to my Shepard, he and Wrex.  Ash, I can't stand now. She's so naive about Shepard's motives. I really like Joker, it's good to have someone to lighten the mood in some pretty dark times. EDI is pretty cool also.

Apparently, Miranda learned just what kind of work Cerberus was doing on Sanctuary; death camp comes to mind; and decided to shut that little piece of Hell down.
This is, sadly, contradicted by the dialogue Miranda has on Sanctuary itself that suggests she went there for Oriana and only decided to destroy the place once she saw in person what Cerberus was doing.

Arrrrgh! I'm so close to hating Oriana, she is bloody useless if Miranda is alive! As if the betrayal of what she used to stand for is not a good enough reason for Miranda to attack Sanctuary.

Fixed the punctuation. I suppose what they did at Sanctuary left a trail for Miranda to follow. Which did indeed result in Miranda infiltrating Sanctuary.

I'm sticking with the Cronos version for the sake of my affection for the character. The ME3 version of Miranda is utterly pathetic. *fumes* As if it's supposed to be this remarkable thing that she loves her sister. It's good, but loving the character for that is like loving her for not being a sociopath. It doesn't make her stand out in any way.

The Cronos version? Where is that written up?

Apart from that: yeah *fumes* As if reducing her role wasn't enough, they had to mutilate her character along the way.

I mean the motivation for going to Sanctuary implied on Cronos as opposed to what she says.

Explain why I still romance her? This is like Liara in reverse.

All right. Unsurprisingly, I'll follow your example.

ME2 defines her character. That's why we still romance her. ME3 hasn't managed to destroy it, in spite of the writers' effort.

Agreed. This is still Miranda but admittedly if she were an exclusive ME3 protagonist I wouldn't be so attached to her character. In fact, I wouldn't probably care that much.

You know, it's rather astonishing how they completely failed to give us what we wanted. I'd almost conclude they wanted to turn us from the character.

I just don't think any of the writers really cared about her. I get the feeling in the big fight for who got what content Miranda was left discarded in a corner without a champion. That left her passed like some leftovers to a junior writer with no authority to press for her to included in the plots she should be involved in. That's why shadowbroker e-mail feels like such a, oh **** guess her fans wanted this content for her.
