Come to think of it... Does anyone think Miranda would actually go on a wilderness trip? Like, camping or hiking? I think she might entertain the idea if Shepard brought it up, but not very often.

Shepard would persuade her to do a "survival trip."
Unless that's a sex joke...
I don't get it.

I see Miranda as very much a "city girl". Shepard might persuade her to come along now and then, but I can see her making dry remarks about the unnecessary lack of conveniences like aircars - or restrooms. I also think Miranda would prefer to go anywhere in high-powered vehicles, like sports cars or speedboats. Or fast starships. Given the piloting style Shepard shows on Illium, I think they'd get along greato Ventus wrote...

Edit:
It's such a relief seeing all these ME2 screenshots, reminding me that Miranda is awesome in spite of her presence in ME3. Many thanks. Must dig into my collection as well.

Flying around, speeding past trees, almost ramming bears and other various wildlife and fauna.
She'd dig that.

Nicely done. Very different from the others we have put together

And then Sanctuary would play out as a personal favor. You land while the camp is still active. Miranda becomes more enraged while finally grappling with her own guilt. Henry tries to paint them as just alike, prompting Miranda to give an epic speech about how they're different.

I think she's the kind of girl that knows what she's doing no matter where she's at. She'd know how to enjoy the Australian bush in a survival situation with Shepard as much as she enjoys the fine elements of higher intellectual pursuits that she normally endulges in. She'd prefer the culture and refinement of the city, but Miranda's not a girly-girl. I'm sure she does all the girly things, but remember she still has more balls than most, if not all of the alliance.

Yvonne Strahvovsky starred in a movie three years ago where she and her husband go on a survival trip and end up getting lost.
'The Canyon'. It had Will Patton (famous character actor) and Eion Bailey (Band of Brothers and Covert Affairs). It kinda sucked but then again it was a cheap B-movie, and as far as B-movies go, it was a frontrunner for an Oscar. Yvonne did look pretty hot through the whole film, though her character was woefully and pathetically incompetent. The scene where she fights the wolves is just plain funny.

Well, however it was played exactly, I don't think there's any doubt that Miranda should really have joined up at some point. One big problem with the squad is that it spends too much of its time in the boring zone: everybody is basically an iteration on the same point of view. Javik is an exception to that. But there should be somebody with a different view of Cerberus (a bit like Javik has a different view of the Reaper threat).
Javik is the character in ME3 that my Shepard most respects. His views are relatively insightful, and what he says does hold weight. Plus the fact that he's a 50,000 year old troll just makes his comments hilarious.

I didn't say she'd complain. She'd make dry remarks, being completely capable of dealing with the situation but perhaps not quite understanding why placing themselves in such situations without necessity is so much fun for some people.fiendishchicken wrote...
