Kaiden, with Miranda? What?
I don't see Miranda ever forming a relationship with anyone if Shepard isn't involved. Call me crazy, but I think he has a HUGE impact on her life.
People think Kaiden is similar?

I adore Kaidan/Miranda. Very similar in terms of personality but on opposite sides ideologically. He's good, really good, without being dull. And they look good together.
He's horrifically dull. Headaches don't strike me as interesting character traits.

Compared to Kaidan, even Jacob appears to be an incredibly interesting character...

Maybe I'll keep him alive for a new playthrough if the EC happens to fix things. I think I'd do some good with Reave.
Why he has it I'll never know.

I don't know anything about her but from what I've been told she's moving up on the ladder. She won't command as much as Martin Sheen though.
I think the culprit is an age old one. Writers.

Actually he is very dull, I haven't had a conversation with im that hasn't made me want to sleep. And they couldn't be more different, he's whining, shy, dull, safe if you will; Miranda is fierce, interesting, unpredictable... two very different people. Also, Kaidan isn't good looking.

Yep. I think it's no more complicated than that.

Being Bisexual does not always mean liking men and women the same.
Some do, but some do not. From what I've seen,at least from the people on here, is that he is preferred as an LGBT romance. If that's the case, he likes both men and women, but has a higher interest in men.
He may not even be interested in Miranda in that case, as he'd be looking for a partner of the same gender BEFORE a woman.
But I'm probably over thinking this.
I'm heterosexual though, so my experience with this only goes as far as hearing about it from LGBT people in the film community.

It won't physically harm you, but it creeps you the **** out.
Miranda disapproves of your image.

That's Miranda's cue to crush her head with biotics. Liara is nothing without her plot armor.

I once headed a discussion about Sex in Cinema and I'd like to talk about thematic material.
Miranda wants a family. A child. A husband. That's what she wants. Had her sexual behavior been any different, she would have slept with anyone she found attractive.
Sex is pleasure, but it can only go so far.
She fits a proper, theme for a woman in an art medium. Conscious and aware, and very sure of what she wants.
She won't be aggressive in a relationship because she won't have a real one without Shepard.
She isn't a tart.

Hmm. Do you think Miranda could be the aggressor in a romance under circumstances that don't involve suicide missions? This is for a revised Portrait and the new Matt is a poor droupout (had to get a job) and is really insecure about the class difference.
I can't see it. Maybe she could flare her biotics, but I don't think she would assault him or something. I can imagine her getting angry over something, but trying to keep her cool façade at all cost.
