I've seen this before. If they were TRULY fearful of the outcome they wouldn't have said anything and had Mr. Gamble do it along with Patrick Weekes.

Apparently, The EC will only be 10 minutes long. Oh well, they kept everything we hate about the ending and the podcast shows that Hudson and Walters are UTTERLY OBLIVIOUS to everything that is wrong with the ending. Headcanoned Ending: Crucible is a trap, Shepard and fleets overcome trap, destroy Citadel which I space magic'd (two can play at this game BioWare) into being the control hub of the Reapers, Citadel is destroyed, War assets actually mean something, final confrontation with Harby, Relays are kept, Reapers have no explanation, Reapers outside Sol system survive and flee galaxy swearing vengeance upon return, and Shepard reunites with Miranda and leaves in the Normandy to protect the galaxy and continue his journey forever.

There's a nice little verbal jab in the podcast at the members of the HTL movement, of which I am a member, saying that if we don't like the EC and complain about it, we as fans are no longer welcome by Bioware, and that they don't need us. 

That seriously hurts. I am seriously offended by that statement. 

They seriously said that? Sounds like they already know that the EC is going to be a failure and that BW has "gotten too big for their own britches."

I just want my Miranda reuinion and a happy ending for her and Shepard. I'm not hard to please.
That and I want my boys Wrex and Garrus to be happy.

Funny thing is, we're not asking for much. But you're right...watch it just not happen for us.

4000 is the EMS needed for Synthesis. Shepard surviving is 5000.

4000 is the EMS needed for Synthesis. Shepard surviving is 5000.

No. This time, I have facts.

If you save Anderson, the number drops to 4000.

Synthesis is achieved with something like 3700.

How do you get Anderson to survive? Illusive man always shoots him in mine. Shepard then has to shoot the Illusive man. After that Shepard and Anderson talk until he goes silent. I'm not sure if Anderson is dead or alive... He's pretty quiet. :-/

You no longer have the issue with EMS. That was the point I was trying to make. 

From a marketing perspecitive, having Shepard survive is a wise decision.

We'll have to wait and see.
