Anybody else imagining Miranda as the head of some kind of Alliance Special Research Division after looking at that slide? Fine by me.
In Synthesis? Definitely. I'm fine too, at least for the first years after the war. The STG project could wait.

I still choose Destroy, because I just want to see Reapers as Evil and Merciless. I like seeing "Good vs Evil," not "Harmony in the Last Minute" between Good and Evil. The Characters didn't come all this way just to have Synthesis happening. Synthesis could not have been the Fate of the Galaxy since the Beginning.

Though it did all seem to lead to a final decision between trusting the Reapers' goals/wisdom or rejecting them outright, which I think they tried to preserve with the current endings before adding in 'the third option'.

The reasoning in the ME3 ending came out of nowhere. There never was a real threat to rogue AIs rebelling against their creators. The only threat (Geth) was created by the "preservers of the galaxy" themselves...
I am still for dark energy...

I'd be inclined to agree, but I think a lot of sites only used part of what he said. He said that dark energy had been one of the ideas. Though, a better established one at that.Mr Massakka wrote...
Drew definitely hasn't intended any technological singularity plot.

It does not help that most people are fans of the Geth and most people picked to save both the Geth and Quarians from destruction (which proves that organics & machines can co-exist)
I do think the dark energy idea was much better than the 'terminator' style plot line pretty much.

... not to mention that ME2 was more or less senseless without dark energy ...TomY90 wrote...

I don't think so.CrutchCricket wrote...
ME2 would've been pretty senseless even with dark energy given the entire premise was "recruit a team of badasses to help combat the looming threat" and by ME3 all said badasses are either dead or have somewhere else they'd rather be.
That squad was a group of random recruits to quickly stop a threat no one knows or cares about. That's why the plot evolved around that and why they dropped them for ME3.
My main point however is, that the interest in Humans is not justified. They attack the Humans in some kind of rushed and senseless attempt to build a Human Reaper.

Their ideology behind it is that Reapers believe that humans are the most genetically malleable and diverse, and would create a dominant Reaper.

Part of her, Weekes also wrote part of Miranda. Then in ME3 she was delegated to a junior (and first time) writer in ME3.
That explains how pathetic her story arc was in 3....

That doesn't explain why the Reapers decide to send the Collectors in a rushed attempt.dtrain24 wrote...

Why not attack as usual? They are already very dominant and have every time they need after they are done with their cycle.
With Dark Energy it would have really made sense for them to act like that, however.

Let me ask all of you something.: Did Miri Appear in YOUR Flashbacks? If not, why? What do you have to do in order to have Miri in your Flashback? Don you have to avoid talking to all of the Characters on the Normandy in order to see her?
If she's your romance, then she always appears.

I'm a fan of the non-romance destroy slide also. Speaking purely of the image alone, i think it might even be my favorite.
I got this slide when I picked Destroy, romancing her. I got again in Synthesis but her face/eyes were green. I also got the stars one too. It was usually the first or second slide shown. As for ANTI-ME2 characters I hope they have something planned for them later down the road. But doubtul considering how popular ME characters are.
