Why Omega?

Because Cerberus is involved. So, theoretically, it could make sense.

It would probably be Pre-Sanctuary.

I tweeted Gamble about an Omega DLC and asked about a Miranda appearance there, but no reply.

Aria said she wants to take it back from Cerberus, and Cerberus is one of the main antagonists during the game, so Shepard could help Aria in taking Omega back. Plus, maybe there were rumours on a Omega dlc after the game release. I don't remember well.

We can keep working on that.

I really doubt he'll respond to this. Even if he will, he would give a really vague answer.

Miranda was a source of inspiration for the whole ME3 squad that's it :D

A pretty big chunk of its design, yep Posted Image

I'm sure that's supported by stats from the game (ME2, I mean). With the idea being to spread the love a bit more in 3.

Don't forget her passive!  Shepard has squad bonus to weapon dmg.
(Guess she taught him a lesson or two? :D)

And other squadmates in ME3 have their own squad bonuses

EDIT: Oops, flemm already said something about this!

Yeah, BioWare folks aren't known for replying to fans. But since Gamble seems to be the only person there that likes Miranda a little it was worth a shot.

I dunno. Since completion 'spits you out' before Cronos, it would be most likely that DLC is set then.

Fortunately, the way Miranda's role in the game is structured, it allows for quite a bit of flexibility for her to appear without much explanation. It's been established she can travel, and she's not tied down anywhere.

Maybe that is the bug with Jack/Miranda? My second Miranda slide is taking Jack's friendship spot?

Something seems to be a bit funky with those two slides anyway. I guess they are the only two that vary according to romance.

Maybe if you get all the characters from ME2 killed (except Miranda of course) you can see the two slides.

God the fact that there was two slides made me so upset. Extended cut really did nothing for me at all but add to the disappointment, and the lack of miranda was by far the worst part in my opinion.

I'd really like to read a good post-EC destroy ending fanfic. So if anyone knows of any (probably not yet), or perhaps if there is a competent writer among us please let it be known :).

Elyvern was writing a great post-reaper fanfic, but it's been a while with no updates. Ieldra might know about that.

I'm in the process of writing a long ME2 through ME3 and beyond. Now I've been toying with doing a post-destroy ending, or sticking to my own artistic integrity. But updating is a **** and I only have maybe 3000 words down with a prologue and 1 chapter, which is pretty sad considering I'm planning a 50+ chapter epic. It's just a matter of sitting down and writing out the story; I do not for the life of me have the patience to sit down and type for more than 10 minutes. And I have no idea how to upload to the fan fiction site.

I haven't played the EC yet but have they added to the flashback scene just before Shepard chooses any of the RGB choices? I always fell bothered that its Liara that becomes the default if you romanced a ME2 character.

The flashbacks were fixed at least.

It's whoever you romanced. For me it's Shep's one and only Ms. Miranda Lawson. :) Hopefully this isn't the last we hear and see of her. *praying for more* :)

I guess what they did was just replace Joker's flashback with Thane's, so it's Anderson, Thane, LI, but Anderson, EDI, LI in destroy?

It's true that, given that Joker survives and is present in the EC quite a bit, his flashback is no longer really important.

Well, Joker's flashback is in the DLC but I guess as backup if Thane died in ME2 (or you didn't recruit him)
Destroy always shows EDI in second flashback for me...

EDI likely plays if you've talked to her a lot and perhaps got both her and Joker together?

Who said Miranda was stuck with her old outfit in ME3?
