I don't why I want to do this. Maybe to put myself back on track, retrace my steps, or I just feel a sense of Nostalgia.

I always smile when I see my texture mod put to good use and that's easily one of the best screenshots I've seen.kaymarierose wrote...

Off Topic: The only reason why I wanted to save Kaidan and not Ashley was because I was afraid being seduced, when I only wanted Miri as my Love Interest. Now, wanting to go back to ME1, I do not know who to save. I mean, I shouldn't kill someone off because of fear. What did you do on Virmire?
I saved Kaidan on Virmire, but this was before I knew anything about the other games and their LIs. I did so more of out the fact that Shepard had only met Ashley a few months earlier and he'd been friends with Kaidan for what seemed to be awhile in game. So, I took my Bro before Ashley.

I really have no need for a sensitive teenager in my squad... not to mention I romanced Ashley.
If you don't want to get involved with Ashley (which can be pretty hard if you play paragon), just pick renegade twice when Normandy is grounded.

I'm trying to think. Is Miranda a certified Doctor? I'd imagine with her being the head of Project Lazerus and everything, she would be, but I've never heard anyone refer to her as Doctor Lawson.
This has come up before. I don't think any of the resident loremasters have an exact answer. It seems likely she must have a doctor's level of understanding of human physiology and so on. But... probably she's not a medical doctor in the normal sense.

I believe she would be. Even she isn't she's has extensive amounts of education, and according to the dossier's in the ShadowBroker files in ME2 she has people shes chatting with in that online dating thing send her medical reports and shes able to understand them and point out any flaws in the record. To be honest I think she would have an above average understanding of the human physiology to be able to do certain medical tasks.
Verdict: Just assume she is.

I'll have the Chapter up soon, but I'm not near done yet.
Its slightly annoying whenever I have to say Shepard because my computer keeps autocorrecting it. *facepalm*

Here's the thing, it's going to be new game plus, so I don't have to worry about how much paragon I lose right?
I guess I'll save Ashley. I don't really want it to be a Sausage fest in ME3 anymore if you know what I mean? With Ashley alive in ME3, there will be 4 women, and 4 guys (Including me as the 4th) in the Squad. Besides, sometimes I feel like Kaidan's voice was fake in ME3.

By the way, looking back on that scene, Its actually has some nice Fridge Brilliance as that was Wilson's first attempt on your life.

She's not a doctor. It's always Ms. or Operative Lawson. Even Archer is referred to as a doctor. She could probably fake it though.
But remember, she's good at pretty much anything she puts her mind to. Genetically designed to be more intelligent than the average human.

Doctors do not treat or diagnose themselves, as a general rule. They go to other doctors. Psychologists go to other psychologists, same thing.

Some people like multiple doctor's opinions about things and she may have gone because she doesn't know much about fertility or maybe she didn't have the proper technology to run the needed tests. Its also possible she didn't want to believe what she was reading on her own and thought she was making mistakes.
Its also, in an out-of-universe answer, a way for the writers to convey the message that Miranda is infact unable to have children. I'm not sure how else they would convey that message besides the way they did.

Thinking along the lines of House..would she be more like Cuddy? The person who ran logistics of the hospital, dealt with lawyers, gave the green light for procedures, House's boss etc
I only watched the first couple of seasons and, if I'm remembering her character correctly, I believe so. Actually, House is slightly like Shepard in a more anological sense. Both will break the rules to do the right things. Much more Renegade Style for House though.
