I believe I later made a seperate post for that. Basically, The Heratic Station has Gravity because the Geth need it as much as humans do.

But Legion said and I quote, "Warning! This Station has little air or gravity. Geth use (or need) neither." And just look what happens when you take out Geth with Biotics. They don't exactly stay on the floor a few seconds after they are dead. Even if you just shoot the down, they fall very light and slow.

The Citadel has gravity, they don't use magboots on it. It's generated by the rotation of the station.

I would assume they walk on the heretic station the same way Shepard walks on the hull of the geth dreadnought -- via magboots.

But....the difference between outside the Dreadnought and inside the Heretic Station was that outside the Dreadnought, it was a complete vacuum, with NO Gravity, and Shepard was walking "carefully and not normally. In the Station there is still Gravity, but only a little. Maybe it's like out moon in the Heretic Station, and the the tech Miri has in her Boots (????) allows her to move completely normal.

Statistically speaking, rotational Gravity causing unusual weight in the head and dizziness. But the tech in Mass Effect is so damn advance that there are no side effects, and that it feels like walking here on Earth, except for the Presidium.

....Why exactly is the Gravity lighter in the Presidium. Sometimes, it's like you forget you are in Space in Stories like Mass Effect, unless you are in the Vaccum, in the Presidium, or in the Heretic Station. If only we had Technology so Advance.

Now back to Miri: Where would Miri's "preferable" Vacation Spot be? I DOUBT it would be a place that involes buying her Minnie Mouse ears that say "Miranda."

@bold- Not if the rotation is slow, and the object rotating is very, very big. The Citadel fits both of those criteria.

Why does it matter if the geth dreadnought was in vacuum, but the heretic station isn't? magboots are magboots, they don't care about the local atmosphere. If the object is a metallic metal, they will stick.

How about we just chalk it up to Gameplay-Story Segregation?

And, for the record, Its pretty much assumed Shepard has something in his boots along the lines of electromagnetics. In the beginning of Mass Effect 2, The Normandy has no air and gravity in the CIC Area.

Which brings me to another question. Joker has no environmental suit, and only some sort of Helmet. How is that possible, even for Miri? Wouldn't their bodies still be harmed? If not, why isn't Nasa studying these technological possiblities?

...its a video game...

And, They state in the artbook that they had designs for better helmits and such for the characters (Similar to Zaeed and Thane's) but they decided to go with the Breather Masks for the sake of being free to allow facial expressions. I'm not a huge fan of this reason as nothing important enough happens when they do wear them for facial expressions to be needed.

I don't think they really appear in ME3, actually. Well, Liara has one but it only appears once in Mars and then the rest are optional because of Squaddie Choices.

Because Eezo isn't real.

After Shepard defeated the Reapers, Miranda found herself on a mission one day. Something went wrong, and her ship was sucked through a wormhole into the L4D universe. She must now team up with Coach, Ellis, and Nick in an attempt to stave off the undead and survive.

Cool. The crosshair makes her look like she has a scar under her eye.

You can walk in space with only an oxygen supply for a short time. Lack of atmospheric pressure will cause the tissues of the body to expand to roughly twice their normal size. Without a suit the vacuum of space will continue to cause the body to expand until the point of explosive decompression (Your lungs expand to the point where they burst).

Environments such as Heretic Station or the Derelict Reaper might lack an atmosphere but they aren't exposed to the vacuum of space so in these cases a breath mask would work just fine. If you have oxygen the only thing you need to worry about when working outside in outer space is the sudden change in temperature and pressure.

Just thinking about it hurts.:pinched:

Anyway, back to what I asked before: Where would Miri's "preferable' Vacation Spot be? I doubt a place where you buy her a Minnie Mouse Hat that says "Miranda."

I also think London would have been a good place, minus the Reaper invasion.

I don't know. I think Venice would appeal to her more intellectual side.

Its arguably one of the most romantic cities in the world, the art, beauty, and culture of it gives it a life much different from the Citadel and anywhere else Miranda would be staying during ME2 to ME3. I hightly doubte Vince has been "upgraded" and going to Venice would probably be the equivelent of visiting that Krogan City on Tuchunka; A whole different world from a time long ago. I think she would love something like that.

As an instrumental music fan and a fan of piano pieces in the first place, that was really, really spectacular, especially the whole real piece which is about 2 more minutes of goodness..

I have an edit Hulick uploaded before the game came out, which is almost perfect because it uses that isolated piano, then there is a pause and the whole orchestral bit comes in.

I say almost because it was obviously just a sampler so it's not timed perfectly, with the second part coming in a little too late. And though it's really cool that it goes back to the piano at the end, it fades out at the wrong moment, I feel.

First point:

I just have to voice my opinion on this. I agree with Volandrius.  Just plain NO to replacing her.  I'm so tired of hearing this bs about how you guys want this.  I hate this idea with passion. It really irks me with all the settling for less.  The exagerations of money, time whatever.  If they want to do the project, I'm sure they will make time.  Stop sending this message to them! I don't want them to change her voice or anything!  Strahovski does a FABULOUS job protraying Miranda.  So, guys just stop it!  :?

I'm sure they would. But it's undeniable that they would be more willing to go ahead with the project if they didn't have to recall a mini-celebrity and could just use one of the regulars at Bioware.

Second point:
I want more Miranda content/dlc's/romance if possible but I won't sacrifice anything to get it more content.  It wouldn't do!

Pssshhh, more than anyone Miranda understood that sometimes, sacrifices are necessary.

I honestly can't see her being the vacation type. Maybe go see her sister for an extended stay. If I end up living through this second phase of death I should speak to her about building a house on Rannoch and retiring. Get off the grid.

I disagree. Miranda was badly done in ME3 but it was better than not having her in the game at all.
And a change in VA would be much easier for me to accept than changes like the lack of idealism.

Totally agree.

And even if this ridiculous theory (that Yvonne is too expensive) is true. The money they will save in replacing her, will be lost in sales, because they will lose a large part of the potential buyers (me the first one).
