She gets on well enough with Liara. She and Traynor would get on splendidly. Vega would flirt heavily. Everyone else would be various degrees of professional.

Vega's nickname to her would be "Legs", to which Miranda would nonchalently threaten him if he ever called her that again. I'd like to see what Allers' reaction to her would be. Miranda would already dismiss her before taking more than a glance at her, although I see Allers as trying to exploit Shepard and Miri's relationship for ratings, after which Miri has a few choice words and an 'incident' or two might happen to Allers physical detriment.

I think James would call her "Bust" instead of "Legs". Legs just sounds... Creepy.

I like to think she would be a good coworker to engineer Adams. Both of them are brilliant, just in different fields.

@LanceSolous13:
Nice concept, though that ending is far too conventional for me. You can count on me to be attracted to the most exotic one. Always.

BTW, what's happening with this thread? I'm away for half an hour and a whole page has been added...

The Illusive Man is probably a terror to decorate for, since he only likes his space stations orbiting dying stars and doesn't drink beer but when he does, it's Dos Equis.

I always thought it was just a hologram or something that was used for decorative purposes. Like a really fancy window treatment.

The writing in that last scene though...."Anyone know where Cerberus is? Anyone?!" Should have had Shepard asking Liara, Liara not knowing at all, and then Traynor steps up to the plate.

A good scene for Miranda to walk into the war room, and provide the location.

BTW, isn't Cronos Station mobile? I'm sure I read it somewhere, but I want to make sure.

Yes it is.

Thanks. The way I plan on ending my fanfic is Shepard having completely turned to the (pre ME3) Cerberus ideology (though he plans on making them a watchdog group for all races) is he goes AWOL with Miranda and the Normandy, steals Cronos from the alliance science and security team (of which the alliance doesn't put two and two together and they neglect to realize Shepard has deserted them), Shepard and Normandy are presumed lost, and a few months later the Cerberus manifesto reappears on the extranet, with Shepard reciting the words, although this time, they are of course looking out for all of the galaxy.

At which time the Alliance locates Shepard and charges him with treason and theft of military hardware. That's what would realistically happen.

Well, the Illusive Man was able to evade the alliance and the council for nearly 30 years, so why couldn't Shepard? Especially with Miranda, the Shadow Broker, and many other assets that are extremely loyal to Shepard. Many would probably follow Shepard. He is an icon as the savior of the galaxy and the destroyerer (yes destroyerer) of the Reapers, and he did unite all the races and pacify many of there problems. I see a lot of the governments as publically decrying and condemning him, but privately contributing resources and information to him. It might take, say, Admiral Hackett by surprise, but I see Shepard as sending him a personal letter telling him why his is doing what he is doing, and even offering him a job. Despite my Shepards bitterness and abhorrence of the alliance, he holds a lot of personal respect for Hackett.

I always figured Vega would call Miranda something like 'Oz', since physical descriptors like those might seem a bit offensive for a straight-laced guy like Vega. For want of a better term.

Hey, let's all argue/discuss Vega nicknames...

With regards to Cronos, I did see someone mentioned that the dying sun was referred to as a decoration in one of the books (not the Dietz one) but the game seems to treat it like the actual background, making reference to shielding by solar flares...

If he is the destroyerer, then that means he destroyed the destroyer of the Reapers. Who was the original destroyer? If Shepard destroyed the Reapers, doesn't that mean he just commits suicide?

I don't think finding Shepard would be a difficult task. He was never too good at hiding. Or dancing.

I can imagine Vega talking to Shepard about Miranda's beauty:

V: "Daaaammn, Loco! And I thought that scale topped out at 10! How did YOU manage to get a Stone Cold Fox like that?!"

That's fortunate. As it would immediately destroy the credibility of my "window treatment" theory, had the idea been featured there Posted Image

Oh I seriously thought I made up that word, okay destroyer it is then, or vanquisher....

He has Miranda and Liara to help him hide. They can handle a lot of the tactical and strategic planning for the organization. And as I said, Shepard is an icon. Many people in the Alliance that are high up might even make sure he isn't found, and contribute resources and info to him. Much like the original Cerberus. But I can see how many, especially in the alliance might feel overwhelmed by the realization of how strongly Shepard is against the very organization that he is a poster boy for.

Oh come on, Vega's not that bad. He, Cortez, Traynor, and Javik were really the only new big characters I really liked. He could have been more interesting, but some of his banter with Cortez was funny.

Acknowledged. I was mostly just having a bit of fun at his expense. Not a very deep character, though, by all accounts.

Shepard: Only I can talk about her Bust and Legs, Vega. And I don't constantly mention her assets to the point where she gets annoyed, not even behind her back. I do it just right. No nicknames.

James isn't bad because he's bland, he's bad becuse he's a waste of space. Literally any other preestablished character would have been a better choice. He exists for the sole purpose of being retarded for new players.

Same here, but imagine what If it really was for the good of humanity, and the illusive man proves it?

I'm pretty sure he would deliver the " good of humanity" thing he does, by destroying other races.

Miranda: Shepard, that oaf of a friend of yours needs to stop drooling about my body, or I'll end up telling him a story about a man named Wilson.
