My first choice would have been to shuffle the cast around and have Courtney Taylor do it. I'm playing Alpha Protocol, and she makes a pretty good femme fatale.

Ah, I played that last year when it came out...I found her character one of the best in the game.
Did I mention that my character romanced her?

I liked Courtney Taylor a lot more as Scarlett Lake than I did her as Jack, but that's probably because Jack swears like a sailor.

Summer Glau is good in just about every part she's played. And I can vouch for two of the series she's been a regular in. That whole curse business is superstition. In the last 2 years I've seen 3-4 good shows get canceled after it's first and only season. Viacom are money hungry, blackballing wh0res. That's what it comes down to.

On topic: No one can replace Strahovski at this point. She's as integral to the character as is Miranda's genetic tailoring. And I'm more than confident that she will be back. And for the record I wasn't that much into Chuck. I watched the pilot and the first season when it premiered and I wasn't impressed. But Stahovski herself has enough acting chops to keep me interested in a video game character, so good for her.

True, but Jack without a swear word or two isn't Jack IMO.

Thnk You for saying this and being so Optimistic. And I hope Yvonne is STILL Miri in a Possible ME2 Film as well.

I actually have never watched Chuck lol to be completely honest. It  just never really captured my attention. I thin I only saw one episode a coupl eof years ago, but did take great notice of Yvonne Strahovsky. Then imagine my shock when I realized she was in ME2! Posted ImageSince then, I can only associate her with Miranda lol. As a video game actress she does an incredible job breathing life into Miranda. As for her acting skills in Chuck I haven't seen her on TV for me to judge

ME2 was the first non-sports game I've played besides Rainbow Six: Vegas 2. So I don't know anyother VA's. If there was someone other than Yvonne who I'd want to play the role of Miranda (without having to pull off an accent), it would be...

Jessica Alba

Not that I'd want someone other than Yvonne.

I think Eva Green could do a god job, I think she did a really good job in Camelot, and honestly was the only actor in that show that really could act in the sense she was ruthless.

But, I'd prefer Yvonne to reprise a Miranda role if ME2 came to cinema's, and honestly, I think Shephard should have a romance with her in the movie too, even if he apparently romanced Liara in the first game movie.

Where on earth do you get the-... wait, deviantart?

I like that one... now: /crackswhip.

Also Lux, because it always seems to be a pain in the ass to log into fanfiction, I think it should be the engine room, but I don't think it should be conspired, more like they sort of... find each other there and things get physical before long.

Hey guys I apologize if I'm jumping slightly off-topic but I have an article I think you guys should look at. It's from CVG. It's an interview with David Silverman, and in it CVG ask really good questions regarding Bioware's strategy for beating ME2 in sales with ME3. What do you guys think? I don't like the fact that he keeps stressing how ME3 will be a natural entry point for new players. Also this particular line really worries me: "You didn't need to know that there three movies before that setting up who Darth Vader and Anakin were... Mass Effect came out almost eight years ago - you're not going to remember all the details from when you played that game, right?" Here's the link:  http://www.computera...ut-selling-out/

what about those hardcore gamrs who were really absorbed in ME1 and 2 and care about minor deatils and characters? What about those constantly replay them? You see I feel like Bioware is just trying to make more money and not really make ME3 even richer in terms of story-telling. He is constantly talking about games like gears of war and halo. Mass Effect is supposed to be more of an rpg than anything else. I believe that the perfect ME game would contain just as much RPG as ME1 had with the inclusion of an improved shooting mechanic, such as the one being devoped now for ME3Posted Image.

Yeah perhaps you guys are right. I just hate it that they constantly try to cater to new ME players. Also you guys should read the comments below the article. They make great points too. I just hope they don't screw up just to make more money is all. I always thought that if they remained focused on the ME franchise instead of constantly looking at the success of the other games, that the games would be even more phenomenal. Man, business....Posted ImagePosted Image

I facepalmed about the Star Wars reference...he does realize that Episode IV was made first, right and that Episode III was made almost thirty years later and the very last and that the Darth Vader = Anakin was a major revelation for TESB...not appropiate at all. And God knows how I feel about the prequels - may those three movies burn in hell. God, Silverman is such a toolbag.

And people call Vega a douchebag....<_<

Looked it up, he's a step above PR apparently...doesn't change my earlier point.

He's not a developer.

So much heresy on this thread, only proper punishment is death by Cerberus firing squad. Yvonne's voice is the only true Miri voice. Anything else = bull****
