Hmm....I guess I'm the only one who pays no attention to what Miranda's saying in combat. Most of the time, I don't even consciously notice it. Not that she's the only one, I'm generally too occupied with combat to take note of what people are saying during a fight.

Really? That's funny. I really like Miranda's combat chatter. One reason why she's fun to have around.

I only notice these things when they're out of place, or over-the-top, unfortunately. Otherwise, they go into one ear and out of the other, teleporting through the brain in-between. 

Miranda's had a few unfortunate moments.

I usually hear lines when bringing up the power wheel, using adrenaline rush, or zooming in with the sniper scope. When that happens Miranda sounds like she's doing an impression of Darth Vader.

Ha, yeah. It's in the incidental banter a lot of the time that you get Miranda's dry humor. I wonder who wrote that stuff.

Me too, these banters are very good.
I love Miranda's dry/ironic humor. I also like this banter: "I think she's talked enough", speaking Jedore during Grunt's RM.

Never thought that someone could change my view on Miranda's sexuality. I was always very strict saying she is one of the straightest women in the ME-universe, but your scenario is so well written it seems believable to me and makes me reconsider my opinion.

I like bringing Kasumi on a lot of missions but I'm definatly going to stick with Thane and Miri for the next time I play ME2.

Mordin describes the horrible things done to the females

When playing ME2, I bring Miri on EVERY Mission, with the except of a few Solo Side Quests, Kasumi's LM, the first part of the SM, and Arrival. She can't be part of the Squad in Kasumi's LM. I don't know why we couldn't have 2 Squadmate. Would Miri coming along blow the cover? I don't think Hock was that smart. Miri leads the Second Fire Team at the beginning of the SM. Does anyone else allow Miri to lead the other Squad when starting the LM?

PS: I would have LOVED to have been able to select at least one Squad Member for Arrival. I would have chosen Miri, of course. ....I guess they made it solo for a few reasons. One would have been because some Characters, like Miri, wear a Breathing Mask only, and at the last part of Arrival, you are escaping in a complete Vaccum, with the Exception of Cosmic/Solar Winds.
