I don't care what Mac Walters, or ANY OTHER Liara Lover thinks. Miri is a FAR Better Character then Liara will EVER be, no matter how much **** Liara gets. A LARGE amount of Content does NOT make a Character better than the other.

Miri was even a better Damsel In Distress than Liara. Miri was in a FAR more dangerous situation. Liara got stuck in the security protocol by her own hands. That's being clumsy.

It was the quote Hudson and the others pushed on us when fans were asking Bioware to completely change the ending.
Hudson felt the writers did a good job and we should believe in their "artistic integrity."

If I was bashing I would be saying how much I hate Liara by cursing out with words incredibly inappropriate, and by making a list. Do you see hundreds of curse words? Do you see a list? I'm no fool. I'm not going to say **** that results in me being banned. I'm merely explaining that just because she has all this stuff, doesn't mean she's a better character. It's just a matter of opinion. Hell, I'm not even making threats, but you are.

As an Ash fan, I would disagree that she's an LI that Bioware favors. But I'm sure every shipper feels that way about their favorite guy or gal, since it was pretty equal opportunity LI fail for all.

Don't forget all of the dialogue with Ashley where she constantly says "I love you." What is wrong with Ashley? I mean, she says the word "love" too often, it doesn't sound real if you ask me. (If you are in a relationship with Ash you get this dialogue, saw it on Youtube.)

I totally agree from what I've seen on Youtube.
I wish there was a few "I love you"'s between Miranda and Shepard (aside from the death scene)
But Ashley overkills it.

I bet some people have Miri die because they want to hear "I Love You," which to me is Dark on the player's part. You cause your LI's Fatality because you want to hear "I Love You," to make it more emotional? This isn't The Matrix: Revolutions for crying out loud. Besides, Miri is not Stupid. She is no doubt a Woman of Common Sense. She can see it through your eyes that you love her, and you can see through her eyes that she loves you.

"Artist", in reference to "artistic integrity".

Me neither. I have NO Reason to kill off Miri. It is IMPOSSIBLE for me to do it. I Love Miri, and I'm Perfectly Aware that she is Pixels. She is My Love Interest, both Preferably AND Personally, and I'm not going to let her die, EVER<3! You can bet your ass on that.

Since I'm a Guy, I feel like I'm pulled into My Story, as Commander Shepard, and with My Personal Opinions, Preferences, Decisions, ETC, My Story was created. The ENTIRE Story was made up of My Personally Decisions/Opinions/Preferences as the Player. All because of Me as the Player. That's I feel like I'm sucked into the story as Shepard. It's supposed to be like this because of the Choices you make based on how YOU feel. It's extraordinary.

What can I say? Of course I'm committed. That's dedication for ya. I don't see it as creepy or what not. I think that Mass Effect was made in such a way, that you grow a personal attachment to a certain Character.

First time I played ME1, I romanced Ashley for the achievement. But I'm not romancing her again.
Yeah, I probably wouldn't be able to do it either.
